Beautiful Villa and Pool close to the sea on the Cote D,Azure.

The House is in the hill behind Cavaliere with lovely views over the surrounding area and down to the sea and the islands .it is tranquil but still only 1400 m to the beach .Our favourite spot at the house is the large terrace where you can relax in the evening after a day on the beach . The house sleeps up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms with 2 on the lower ground floor and 2 on the Ground Floor .On the Lower Ground Floor there is a children's bedroom with full size substantial bunk beds a double bed and a pull out bed .There is a separate bathroom with large shower for this bedroom .There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a single bed.This would be ideal as a Master Suite .On the ground there is a large lounge and an open plan dining room and a new large Provençal style kitchen .The covered dining area on the terrace provides a perfect outside eating area with long open views of the surrounding countryside There are 2 further bedrooms on the Ground Floor with French Windows which open onto the terrace and both have views of the sea .There is a large bathroom consisting of bath ,separate shower ,basin ,bidet and toilet ,and a separate W.C .There is a large Mediterranean garden on the hillside next to the house and a shaded patio which is ideal for meals in the
evening .
The new pool now compliments all the facilities with access directly from the patio and the outside lounge areas.
The lovely sandy beach of Cavaliere is considered one of the best in the area and Cavaliere is only a 10 minute drive to the port of Le Lavandou. 40 minutes to St Tropez and 45 minutes to Toulon. It is ideal for people wanting a relaxed quiet family holiday with stunning views and a beautiful beach .
