Lovely house next to the beach with beautiful garden and parking. Large living room of 50 m2. with two main rooms and one chill out. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 fireplaces and air conditioning. Near Café del Mar Playa.
Its proximity to the beach and an area that has several restaurants (Café del Mar Playa), its parking on the ground floor next to the entrance door, its care and beautiful garden where to rest, wash the material with water as well as make a copious barbecue, its spacious lounge decorated with taste where you can hear the best music, watch movies in home cinema, enjoy an intimate dinner by the fireplace or simply read or rest in its comfortable sofas, comfortable and well decorated bedrooms where you can isolate yourself and rest from a long and intense day of activity, its magic and its charm together with the tranquility and rest that transmits a house that surrounds you make this accommodation a place to live, enjoy and know.

Charming location

Great stay, very helpful host, who was very friendly, accommodating and responsive. The location is very close to the ocean, bus station and a short walk to the old town. The kitchen is fully stacked, great outside area and a grill.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine super Lage direkt am Strand. In der Nähe sind ein tolles Café (leckerer Cappuccino) und ein paar nette Restaurants.Die Vermieter sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Das einzige was mir gefehlt hat war ein Staubsauger, was jedoch eher eine deutsche Vorliebe ist - komfortabler Schaufel und Besen sind jedoch vorhanden.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

This is a really nice property and we were very happy here. We had a couple of small issues but Luis and Clara were very helpful. If I can suggest one thing it would be that the place needs WiFi. Overall we loved it and would recommend it to everyone.

La casa es preciosa, tal como se ve en las fotografías e incluso mejor; muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario, todo nuevo. El dueño es muy cuidadoso y atento. Hemos estado muy a gusto en ella; al final, en tono de broma, la única pega que le poníamos es que no fuera nuestra...¡ .
