Beautiful Villa with free wifi and air conditioning Bellavista MM
This beautiful villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 7 people.
It features a lovely garden with grass, fully equipped with chairs and tables to enjoy a pleasant meal outdoors. Its kidney-shaped pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days.
Upon entering, we find the living-dining room, located next to the open-plan kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer.
The house has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, as well as a fireplace and heat pump heating, which makes it perfect for the coldest months. It also has internet access (wifi), covered parking in the same building, and satellite TV.
Crossing the hallway, we find the guest toilet and beyond it the bedrooms. The first one has a newly purchased double bed (2024) and an en-suite bathroom. Secondly, there is the second bedroom with a newly purchased double bed (2024) and a shared en-suite bathroom with the third bedroom, which consists of a bunk bed and a single bed.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Die Lage des Objektes u. der schöne Pool mit dem angrenzenden Garten. Die sanitären Objekte u. Zimmer waren sauber u. entsprachen unserer Vorstellung. Man kann immer einen draufsetzen, doch das Objekt stimmte.

Fantastisch mooie plek!
Wij hebben enorm genoten van de ruime woning, prachtige tuin en het heerlijke zwembad. Mooi plekje! De WiFi werkte super goed. En de matrassen lagen heerlijk. Service en het contact met carlosferien verliep heel vriendelijk en fijn.
De inrichting/meubels/huis mogen wel een keer vervangen/gemoderniseerd worden. Planken op 1 bed schoten los zodra je erop ging liggen. De vaatwasser, nespresso apparaat en de tv werkte helaas niet. Plastic stoelen op het terras, muur kan wel een verfje gebruiken. Dakterrastrappetje is niet veilig meer. Als men dit opknapt is het een droomplek waar wij ieder jaar even naar toe zouden gaan!

Was den Wasserkocher betrifft, müssen wir sagen, dass es einen im Haus gab, wir werden sehen, was passiert ist oder ob er vielleicht unten in einem der Küchenschränke aufbewahrt wird.

Puede mejorar
Casa preciosa, litería de buena calidad, habitación de buen tamaño y buena disposición
Pocos cubiertos , solo 7 tenedor, 7 cucharas pequeñas y 7 cuchillos. La agencia nos dijeron que podíamos pasar por buscar mas pero agencia cerrada el domingo y martes y miércoles siguiendo la llegada por fiesta, además la casa esta bastante lejos del centro y no estaba una zona donde íbamos así que venir allí estaba una limitación.
No había barbacoa.
No se puede pagar la fianza por tarjeta.
