Our Holiday House "Villa Rouge" is located in the municipality of Campagnano in the context of the Poggio Dell 'Ellera residential center, about 29 km from Rome. It is well connected by a bus service (Campagnano - Roma Saxa Rubra line) and shuttle service to Cesano railway station.
The house is spread over two floors:
Ground floor - lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
First floor - two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with single beds - two bathrooms, laundry room, two balconies.
Second floor attic of 40sqm with two single beds and
a sofa bed and bathroom with shower

Beautiful and peaceful place to retreat!
Six of us stayed here in the three bedrooms on the second floor. The beds were comfortable, closets were spacious, and each room has its own balcony. The kitchen was well appointed with every convenience we needed, including a Lavazza coffee maker. A beautiful little dining area out back made for some good dinner memories ... and photos! Would definitely stay here again.

Freundlicher Vermieter, mit dem die Kommunikation stets zeitnah möglich war.Das Haus ist von außen eher unscheinbar und alt,birgt von innen aber sehr viel Platz u eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Diese ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch sauber.4 SZ,1WC 3 BZ,WaMa SpüMaTerr.möbel.Küche stekt die meisten Dinge zur Verfügung.Das Haus bietet 2 Kamine, einer zieht nicht ausreichend.Auf Anfrage bekamen wir zeitnah mehr Holz zur Verfügung gestellt, denn es war kalt.Grill sauber u funktionstüchtig. Bäder gut ausgestattet u teilweise neu.Willkommensgetränke u Kuchen.Wlan ausgesprochen gut.Heizungskonzept eigenwilligDie Heizung läuft 2xtgl je 3 Std.Das wurde geändert.Energetisch: Einfachverglasung ohne Isoliergummis i kühlt daher sehr schnell aus.Wir waren im März da und haben durchgehend gefroren. Da hilft es auch nichts, wenn die Heizung einige Stunden länger läuft, denn die warme Luft findet ihren Weg schnell wieder hinaus.Bei Wind merkt man förmlich,wie die Wärme rausgeht,die Gardinen bewegen sich.Tischdecke hätte gerne auch gewaschen werden dürfen.Nachbarschaftshunde halten einen lange wach.Erschüttert hat uns das Sicherheitskonzept.Räume sind mit geschlossenen Gittern versehen nur durch Zufall fanden wir die Schlüssel gefunden.Ein Brand hätte Katastrophe bedeutet.No Go.Stromnetz unerklärlich-nicht jede Steckdose funktioniert,einige nur mit Adapter,andere gar nicht.Mehrere Rolllädenbänder kaputt u halten nur mittels Knoten.Das Haus hat im Sommer sicher mehr Charme.
