The farmhouse "Oliveto dei Monti" is a single building of 130 sqm, over two floors, located on the hills of Cerveteri, rent in full. The house is located 5 km from the village.
The decor, simple and rustic, wants to preserve the nature of the place: the floors are tiled, doors, windows and furniture are made of wood, the beds and the lights are in wrought iron, the ceilings have exposed wooden beams. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a fireplace and living room sito another firme plance, table where you can eat in 8, double sofa bed and double bedroom with views over the olive grove and a bathroom with a vaulted roof bricks, and finally a large living room consists of a living room and room, with fireplace, dining table for 12 people and ceiling beams and wooden truss.
Upstairs two bedrooms: one double and one twin bedroom, plus one extra bed for a child, each with its own bathroom and a beautiful view over the olive grove and the sea and with of 80 hectares of private land around the house, where 7 hectares of olive groves, the rest is mostly forest with plants typical of the Mediterranean, such as oak, holm oak, mastic. Fenced garden of 2,400 sq m (60x40m) around the house. The olive grove is composed of 300 ancient plants that produce a rare cultivars of olive oil. Both the land that the trees do not undergo chemical treatments. The olive harvest is done mostly by hand, according to tradition;
A few hundred meters from the house, there is a path that leads to a private forest that climbs towards the mountains, where you can walk or ride a bike and discover the countryside from the wild and unspoilt beauty. The forest is part of the zps, Special Protection Area, a reserve where he happens to see wild animals such as wild boars, badgers, foxes, hedgehogs, lizards, pheasants, hawks, eagles, magpies, robins, hoopoe and many other species of birds. The last 1,3 km to reach the farmhouse are unpaved.

Oliveto dei Monti

Accommodation and care by the owner were excellent. The house is set amidst the hills near Cerveteri. The last three kilometers have to be covered on a dirt road. To Cerveteri is about 5 kilometers. The house stands on a 2500 square meter plot, which is completely fenced. The support provided by the landlord was also excellent. All requests both in advance of the booking, as well as during the stay were always answered quickly and competently. It was also always ready to answer questions about the usual addition of all kinds. The reception on arrival was very welcoming and there is taken too much time to show us around and explain. Information about the region and the nearby Rome were already prepared. In addition, we found a well-stocked fridge with various vegetables from the garden, wine, water, coffee and even olive oil. The house has three bedrooms, two of which are located on the upper floor. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, two with shower and one with bath. The mattresses are new and not too soft. The living room is very spacious and equipped with television and fireplace. Wood was also present. The kitchen was equipped with all cooking utensils and in addition possessed a fireplace that can be used for grilling. Also, a dishwasher and a washing machine. From the kitchen and the living room you can reach the outside. Terrace furniture are also available. The facilities are good and useful, it's all clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable and would like to rent the house again.

Beautiful Villa in the Heart of Paradise

My husband and I wanted to spend our anniversary in Italy. Since studying Etruscan art and archaeology in college, I've wanted to visit the necropolis in Cerveteri and Tarquinia. When I found this beautiful villa, I knew this would be our ideal "home" while exploring the region of Lazio for nearly one week. From our initial contact with the owner, I knew that we had found an excellent match. Not only was the home beautiful and easily located within driving distance of the Rome Fiumicino Airport, Cerveteri and Tarquinia, and a short train ride away from central Rome, the owner was prompt, informative, courteous and polite. Even when we arrived at the villa she provided us with refreshments, local resources and tourist information. My husband and I didn't use two of the guest rooms but there was ample space with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom. convenient kitchen and living room. My absolute favorite place was the front patio. My husband and I spent our mornings there sipping coffee and our evenings there savoring local wine. All the while, we listened to the birds singing and breathed in the sweet mountain air, and feasted our eyes on the lovely view of olive gardens and the ocean. The villa is private and situated down a long road. For those willing to go a little off the beaten path, this is perfect. We had never had an entire mountain to ourselves before and we enjoyed the beauty, peace and calm. We even saw a fox, a herd of sheep, and listened to the sounds of cows mooing in the distance. One evening we took a hike through the mountains just behind the house. I would recommend this to travelers of all ages, including families, if you want to spend full days exploring and appreciate retiring to a spacious, serene, beautiful and comfortable home away from home.

Rustikales Bauernhaus mit Meerblick

Alice ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Für die Terrasse gibt es zwei Tische mit bequemen Regiestühlen (6 Stück). Zusätzliche gibt es 4 Klapp-Relaxstühle und zwei Sonnliegen. Die Küche ist einfach, rustikal und mit ausreichend Kochutensilien ausgestattet. In der Küche befindet sich auch ein Tisch mit Holzstühlen. Im Wohnraum (siehe Bilder als Vergleich) wurden die weissen Stühle durch Holzstühle ersetzt. Ein Sofa hat jetzt einen beigen Überwurf. Das zweite Sofa wurde durch eine bordeauxfarbene Recamiere ersetzt. Die Matratze im unteren Schlafzimmer ist gut (Tendenz etwas härter). Kein quietschendes Bett. Die Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen. Abhängig von der Windrichtung, können vereinzelt Flugzeuge im Start-und Landeanflug wahrgenommen werden. Der Zahn der Zeit bzw. die Sonne hat die Holzläden und den Fassadenanstrich etwas ausgeblichen. Wir haben uns persönlich auf Oliveto dei Monti sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund der rustikalen Ausstattung können wir "Oliveto dei Monti" nicht allen unseren Freunden empfehlen. Zu uns, wir verbringen unseren Jahresurlaub seit über 30 Jahren ausschließlich in Ferienwohnungen und Ferienhäusern.

Super Ferienhaus

Es ist ein super idyllisches Fleckchen Erde außerhalb des Ortes. Die letzten knapp 2Kilometer sind ein Sandweg. Die Terrasse ist zauberhaft mit Kiwis berankt und bietet Schutz vor der Sonne. Es war alles da, was benötigt wurde. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Die Bienen des Nachbarn haben eine Tränke auf dem Grundstück. Es hat Spaß gemacht Ihnen zuzuschauen. Der Gärtner gießt 2x die Woche. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief sehr unkompliziert und sie antwortet schnell.

Paradise

Das Ferienhaus hat eine traumhafte Lage mit Meerblick in mitten eines Natur-Reservates. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen netten Kontakt zu Alice. Man kann schöne Ausflüge in der Region unternehmen, z.B. zum Lago di Bracciano, oder nach Castel Gandolfo. Die Zugverbindung nach Rom ist auch sehr gut. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub!

Maison au milieu des oliviers

Nous avons passé à deux couples une semaine dans la maison d’Alice. Cette maison se trouve sur les hauteurs de Cerveteri au milieu des oliviers au bout d’un chemin de terre La vue sur la campagne et la mer est exceptionnelle et la maison est entourée de champs d’oliviers et de chemins de trekking La maison est très confortable avec une cuisine bien équipée. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et ses toilettes. Le jardin était magnifique au printemps Alice nous a très bien accueilli et nous a nous a donné de très bons conseils. On peut aller à Rome par le train en 25 minutes depuis la gare de Marina de certveteri qui est 15 minutes en voiture Très belle nécropole étrusque à 5 minutes de la maison

Schöne Woche in Casale Oliveto dei Monti

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir sind als Familie verreist: 4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und Hund. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang von Alice war herzlich, die Einrichtung exakt wie beschrieben. Dank der genauen Angaben haben wir das Haus problemlos gefunden. Der letzte Offroad-Teil ist mit einem SUV problemlos zu meistern, es geht nur etwas langsamer und es kann nach dem Regen schmutzig werden. Aber Location ist es wert. Weit und breit nur Olivenbäume und Wald, sehr naturgebunden, weit weg von Lärm und Stress. Auch für unseren Hund ein Paradies. In dem Haus hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war alles bestens vorbereitet für unsere Familie, sauber, zum Kochen war alles vorhanden, Kaminoffen in der Küche ist genial. Das einzige, was man wissen muss, dass die beiden übereinander liegenden Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind. Als Familie völlig in Ordnung, unter Freunden könnte es für den einen oder anderen peinlichen Moment sorgen. Umgebund ist wirklich schön. Rom ist mit dem Auto in ca. 40 Min zu erreichen. 4 km vom Haus gibt es aber auch Necropoli, der uns sehr beeindruckt hat. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, DC Ladesäule für Elektroauto und viele Restaurants sind in Cetveteri oder Ladispoli vorhanden. Auch haben wir die Möglichkeit genutzt, um reiten zu gehen. Wunderschön. Alles in einem sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Danke Alice!

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis. La maison est très belle et très propre (ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas), dans un endroit un peu isolé. Calme et sérénité. Entourée d’oliviers et d’animaux sauvages. Une belle vue sur la mer. Proche de Rome, très accessible en train. Bref un très beau séjour. Merci à Alice et son équipe.

Très bon séjour à deux pas deRome

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la villa d'Alice qui nous a réservés un très bon accueil ! La maison est située en haut d'une colline, au calme, un peu retirée du village et au bout d'un long chemin de terre assez caillouteux. La vue est superbe et vous dominez toute la campagne de Cerveteri et Ladispoli jusqu'à la mer ! La maison est très grande et bien aménagée ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour ! Les enfants ont profité du grand jardin et les grands de la belle terrasse ! Cerveteri est une jolie ville avec un centre historique magnifique . On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. A 15-20 minutes de voiture, vous trouverez la gare de Ladispoli où vous trouverez un parking gratuit et où les trains vous emmènent dans le centre de Rome en 25 minutes ( Gare San Pietro) ce qui est très pratique ! D'autres destinations plus ou moins éloignées sont à voir : Bracciano et son lac, Anguillara, (à 20 minutes), Ostie ( à 30 minutes ), Tivoli ( 1h) et pour les plus courageux ou fous comme nous ... Naples Pompei ( comptez 3h de route) ! Dans tous les cas, la maison d'Alice est un très bel endroit pour visiter Rome et sa région et nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir !

Mooi oud landhuis op een olijvenboomgaard. Heerlijk rustig met een fantastisch uitzicht! Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Handoeken en beddengoed aanwezig. Minpunten: geen douchegordijnen aanwezig en een te klein koffieapparaat.

Idyllisch gelegenes Landhaus mit tollem Blick

Wir hatten das Haus für 2 Wochen mit 10 Personen und einem Hund gemietet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und sehr genau in die Details des Hauses eingewiesen. Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und es mangelte uns an nichts. Die Vermieterin hatte sich im Vorfeld erkundigt wie wir schlafen möchten, sprich wieviel Kinder im Kinderzimmer schlafen, und hatte alles bestens vorbereitet. Die Anreise ist zwar etwas "abenteuerlich", da die etwa letzten beiden Kilometer unbefestigte Feldwege sind, man wird aber mit einem kolossalem Ausblick über Cerveteri und tollem Blick auf das Mittelmehr belohnt. Zudem hat uns die Vermieterin mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Zusätzlich liegt im Haus ein Ordner mit Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Stränden zum nachschlagen bereit. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so das es auch für unseren Beagle Rüden ausreichend Auslauf gab. Alles im allen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder. Une semaine de détente dans maison exceptionnel

Tout d'abord Merci à Alice pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, propriétaire très sympathique. Le calme de cette propriété, la propreté, l'équipement tout et parfait, la vue est magnifique sur la mer au petit déjeuner, le village de Cerveteri vous apporte tout ce qu'il faut (commerce). Et que que dire de Rome , elle est Magnifique , ceci dit prendre le train au village de Ladispoli pour Rome , pas chère et évite les problèmes de stationnement dans Rome. Voilà encore un grand Merci à Alice, vous avez une superbe propriété .

Ruhe und Entspannung pur!!!!!

"Alles ist gut, wie es aus den Händen der Natur kommt!" Johann Wolfgang von Goethe Sie lieben die Ruhe und die Natur, möchten aber auch die Stadt Rom besuchen oder Sie suchen eine Basis für Exkursionen in der näheren Umgebung, dann sind Sie hier absolut richtig. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, dass alles hat was für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das 8km entfernte Meer oder auf die Berge die unmittelbar hinter dem Haus beginnen. Die Eigentümerin informiert Sie detailliert und sehr freundlich. In Cerveteri und Ladispoli finden Sie alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und vieles mehr.

Ruhe - und die Ewige Stadt in der Nähe

Wenn man den etwas abenteuerlichen Weg zum Haus zurück gelegt hat, wird man belohnt: mit idyllischer Ruhe, tollem Ausblick und einem gemütlichen Haus, in dem es an nichts Wesentlichem fehlt. Alice hält sogar die Grund-Küchenausstattung bereit und ist sehr bemüht, allen Wünschen entgegen zu kommen. Für unsere Rom-Ausflüge hatten wir so eine tolle Basisstation und auch der (bewirtschaftete) Strand vor Ort ist zu empfehlen. Nur Italiener, freundliche "Hausherren", eine nettes Cafe und sogar 'ne Dusche... Also, mal hinfahren

Autentique et charmant

La maison isolée sur la colline au milieu des champs et des bêtes est majestueuse. L'intérieur est très spacieux, confortable, propre. Alice nous a accueillies avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a guidées du mieux possible. Le maison nous a servie de base pour visiter les mosaïques de la région, nous a fait gouter le charme de sa campagne et nous a permis d'apprécier les coucher de soleil au bord de la méditerranée.

Ferienhaus in Cerveteri

Wir haben das Haus bereits zum dritten mal gemietet und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war, nicht nur während der Buchung, sondern auch über den gesamten Aufenthalt immer vorbildlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlichen empfangen. Im Haus waren bereits Getränke sowie eine Auswahl an lokalen Produkten wie Gemüse und Wein für uns vorbereitet. Das Haus ist einfach aber sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist ebenfalls eine Wasch- und eine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind gut. Das Haus liegt abgelegen zwischen Olivenhainen und ist nur über einen Feldweg zu erreichen. Hier kann man noch Natur pur erleben. Auf dem Weg dorthin weiden Kühe und Schafe und mit etwas Glück kann man auch andere Wald- und Wiesen-Bewohner erleben. Ich kann mich nur wiederholen und den sehr guten Eindruck aus unseren vorausgegangenen Aufenthalten bestätigen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Oliveto paradiso

Quel plaisir de revenir à Oliveto dei monti ! Quel plaisir d'être accueillis par Alice ! Super situation au milieu des oliviers, la mer à l'horizon et à 10 petites minutes des gelaterie, de la meilleure pizza a fiori du zucca et de tous les commerces de Cerveteri. Rome à une petite heure, sans parler d'Ostia, Tarquinia, Bracciano ... Tout plein de noms qui font rêver ! Mais la maison est tellement agréable qu'on a aussi pas envie d'en bouger ! Tolles Ferienhaus!!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im Haus. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was für uns und unsere Hunde optimal ist. Da es in der näheren Umgebung keine Nachbarn gibt kann man auch mal etwas lauter sein. Bei Anreise gab es einen großen Korb, der mit Tomaten und Gemüse aus dem Garten der Vermieterin gefüllt war. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause.

Casale accogliente dotato di ogni comfort!

Abbiamo prenotato questo casale per trascorrere il capodanno tra amici, 8 persone in totale. La casa si è rivelata pienamente all'altezza delle nostre aspettative e rispetta esattamente la descrizione. La casa è ben fornita ed accessoriata nei minimi dettagli, si può leggere l'attenzione e la dedizione che la proprietaria le riserva. Vi sono una cucina con camino, 1 salone ampio con camino, 3 camere ciascuna col suo bagno (1 al pian terreno e 2 al secondo piano) oltre ad un divano letto in salone. Vengono fornite stoviglie e utensili di ogni genere, biancheria e coperte, la legna in quantità più che sufficiente ed anche una griglia per cucinare nel camino. La casa è immersa completamente nel verde, con possibilità di passeggiate ed escursioni naturalistiche. Il punto più a favore di questa casa è la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari, pronti a venire incontro ad ogni necessità. Straconsigliata sia per vacanze in famiglia che tra amici. In futuro tornerei molto volentieri!

Ein tolles Haus und ein erholsamer Urlaub

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt weit ab vom Ort und Nachbargebäuden umgeben von Natur und Olivenbäumen. Hinter dem Haus beginnt unmittelbar ein großes Naturschutzgebiet was zum Wandern einlädt. Die Aussicht vom Haus und der Terrasse ist fantastisch und geht weit über das Land bis zum Horizont über dem Meer. Das Haus hat großzügige schöne Zimmer. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes WC/Bad. Die Einrichtung ist Zweckmäßig und vollständig. Es gibt eine Mappe mit viel Informationen zu möglichen Ausflügen. Zum Strand und zum Bahnhof sind es mit dem Auto 25 min, zum Einkaufen 15 min. Vom Bahnhof mit der Bahn nach Rom dauert es nur 45 min, die Züge gehen stündlich. Es gibt in der Umgebung so viel zu erleben, dass selbst nach zwei Wochen keine Langeweile eintritt. Einzig und allein die Anfahrt zum Haus über eine 1,5 km lange “Off-Road“/Feldweg ist mühsam und sehr holperig. Darüber hinaus war manchmal sehr viel Luft in der Wasserleitung, so dass das Duschwasser mehr “spuckte“ als gleichmäßig zu fließen. Alles im Allen ein toller erholsamer Urlaub und ein sehr zu empfehlendes Urlaubsdomizil.
