CARIBBEAN BLUE 1 BDR condo short walk to the beach. Family friendly. Pool view

Walk a few steps from the condo on a carpeted boardwalk to enjoy the pristine clear gulf waters and squeaky white sandy beach. The property is located on the gulf side of the island and has a gated entry for you safety. Please, NOTE that the hot tub at our building is working on and off, no refund will be given if it is not working during your stay, our guests can use the hot tub at the West bldg of the complex.

This lovely condo includes a Queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 built-in bunks beds in the hallway, size standard twin XL. We also have a Graco pack n play for babies. Max number of guests we can accommodate is 4 plus an infant under the age of 2. A new shower stall installed in November of 2024.
Whether you are staying a few days, weeks, or months you will find all utensils and tools you need in the kitchen. However, we don't provide any food items, condiments, or spices.
The condo features calming colors, original artwork by owner, unique teak wood furniture and nautical accents.
Young guests will surely love their sleeping nook with 2 bunks decorated with a whimsical hand-painted mural and nautical flags.

There are several restaurants, shops, and the Gulf States National Seashore Park within walking distance from The Grand Caribbean East. However, a car is recommended.
In addition to the Blue Angeles and the National Naval Aviation Museum which call Pensacola home, there are other activities such as golf, fishing, and scuba diving, shelling, and bird watching. In 2006 the US Navy sunk the Aircraft Carrier USS Oriskany off the coast for recreational diving and it is now the largest man-made artificial reef in the world.

Here you will not find traffic jams, long lines or crowded beaches, just a laid back stress-free atmosphere which you can enjoy with family and friends.

Spring break trip

Everything about our stay at this condo was wonderful! Olga was excellent with communication, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The decor was fresh, clean, bright, and nautical. We really liked the 1 minute private walk to the ocean, and the private swimming pool. The size of the condo was perfect for my husband and I traveling with just our youngest child.

Fun 3 nights

We had a great 3 night stay here this week. Condo had everything we could need. Beds were comfortable and kids loved the bunks. The pool was nice and clean. We used bbqs one night to make burgers, the bbq pit was very clean. Had fun eating out by the bbq then going jump in the pool. Nice close walk to the very clean, very beautiful beach. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect home

This place is so homey! Its perfect size and have EVERYTHING we need. This home defines the word "relaxation". I wish we could have stayed longer. Olga, the host, is nothing short of amazing and kind. We will definitely come back!( if there is any availability).

A hidden gem! Easy walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. No issues at all. The private boardwalk access to the beach was right down the sidewalk past the pool. This was a very easy room to get to the pool and beach. This condo had everything we needed, we cooked in each day except one. Bed was very soft, our kids slept well in the bunks. There were extra blankets, hooks all around for us to hang gear on and a great balcony to relax on that overlooked the pool. Our kids loved trying to catch the "wildlife" they'd find when we walked in each evening (really cute geckos and frogs on the walk from the beach). Just a great peaceful place for us as a family. We will be back! Olga was a great host and reached out with access information and responded to us really quickly with any questions. Also the paintings in the condo was done by her, and it was really lovely, definitely an aspect of our stay that I enjoyed.

Cute but average

This is a cute condo. My kids loved the bunk beds. The beaches are gorgeous. There's just a few issues with this place. The master bed was very squeaky. Every time you roll over it's LOUD. Being next to the elevator is convenient, but can be loud when late travelers arrive. The gym was "under maintenance" when we stayed there. I was unaware of this when booking, and the owner claims to not have known either. Knowing this would have made me book elsewhere. I enjoy a workout, even on vacation. That's an amenity, and no type of compensation was offered, but we did receive an apology. The wi-fi is VERY slow and loses connection sometimes. There aren't many restaurants that we were impressed with. We would recommend trying The Shrimp Basket and Sunset Grille. Those were fabulous, but the rest were far from it. Honestly, this unit and the area just doesn't hold anything special that makes me REALLY want to return. We may or may not. If we did, it's only for the beautiful beach and the 2 restaurants mentioned above.

Beautiful Beach with a Perfect Location

The condo was perfect for our family of 4, very clean, and ideally located on the second floor overlooking the pool and hot tub. A very short walk to the beach made it easy for us to enjoy nature’s bounty every day. Great location about 10 minutes to either Pensacola or Orange Beach with not much traffic. Plenty to do in the area such as the Naval Museum, dolphin tours, local and outlet shopping, and nice places to eat. Olga was a pleasure to work with as she was very prompt in getting back to us with answers to our questions and with information regarding our stay. We loved our stay at Caribbean Blue in Perdido Key and would definitely recommend it to others!

Great few days

Overall this was a charming condo that was convenient to everything. We stayed for 2 nights. The owner has prompt communication and incredibly friendly. The condo was beautifully decorated with the perfect touch. No major issues with the rental. this would be a great condo for a couple or small family. Nice apartment very close to the beach.

Nice apartment close to the beach, via a private entrance shared with some other apartment buildings. Very well equipped. Nice swimming pool on the apartment complex, and a hot tub. Also in the shared area: grills. Shops nearby. Only technical thing that could be improved: internet is open, with a logon acceptance page from provider. I prefer secured internet with a key; safer and easier to use with a laptop. But that is just a nice to have: setup works as is.

We have stayed in the condo twice. Both times when we arrived the condo was in tip-top shape. The location of the condo is great. You have a great view of the pool and the ocean is just a short 2 minute walk.

Beautiful clean property on the beach!

We arrived on a Sunday, so I was worried about how smooth the check in process was going to be, but it was very smooth. When I walked in the condo I was extremely blown away. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. Very well decorated! Everything was clean and neat. The place was complete with everything you might need to feel at home. Going to the beach was really just a short walk away. Kinda of like walking to a neighbors house four houses down from you. Nice view of the pool from patio. I can't wait to book another stay!

Perdido Key

Love the condo. There are a few things that could be up dated, but overall we really liked it. We have stayed in this complex a few times so we know the area quite well. We love this part of Florida, quiet and not as busy as other parts. We just like to relax, the beach is awesome, and walking distance from the condo. Older complex but well cared for and only 4 floors. We will surely stay here again.

Very clean and well kept property.

This is the perfect place for a small group. The property exceeded my expectations in every way. It was great being able to stay somewhere that's so pleasant and quite, even during spring break. The owner was also wonderful! She took the time to email me upon our arrival and departure to make sure everything was up to par. My family and I will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

Great budget condo in Perdido Key. Was perfect for our family. 2 adults/2 kids. The kids loved the bunk beds in the wall. We did not use the sofa bed in the living room as we did not need that sleeping space. Condo was decorated nicely and everything we tried to use worked. AC was good and all appliances worked as expected. Pool area is clean and had outside shower at each entrance from beach to clean off sand. Many kids on site so is kid friendly. Liked the gated parking lot which gave sense of security for vehicle. Condo is maybe 10 minutes from bridge going into Orange Beach. Traffic not an issue. Consider Perdido Key if looking for cheaper place to stay which is still very close to Orange Beach. The owner, Olga, was very good to work with as she he replied to my emails very timely and called the day I arrived to make sure all was Ok and also called the night before I left to ask if anything could be improved. I would stay in this condo again as it is a family friendly place that is not too expensive.
