Beautiful House in rural location - Fibre Optic internet
This house is located on the edge of Pembridge village. It is a red brick cottage with an Oak extension, the sun faces the house all day. The outlook is directly over fields with an amazing outlook. It is very set up for outside with decking off the kitchen. The house is immaculately presented and is refurbished throughout. There are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A lovely comfortable property in a gorgeous setting
We were two families staying at this property with young children. The house was plenty big enough with a lovely garden and beautiful, peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed a trip to Berrington Hall and also Hay on Wye.

We LOVED it!! Super house, comfortable, stylish and lovely setting!
Myself, my husband and a group of friends stayed in Suzy’s house for the weekend of New Year’s Eve. We all loved the house! It was plenty big enough for 4 couples and the kitchen was a brilliant space for us all to cook, eat, drink and dance!
We’d highly recommend this property.

Five star home that exceeded expectations. Spacious, beautifully furnished, in lovely countryside.
Eight go mad in Herefordshire!
We were looking for a place to stay to attend a family wedding near Leominster. Suzy's property ticked all the boxes and more. A beautifully presented cottage with four good sized double bedrooms, three reception areas and grand kitchen. Add to that an awesome decked barbecue area and large lawn made our accommodation wonderful. Everyone in our party of 9, (must include the dog), had somewhere to chill out. We would certainly return without a moment's hesitation.
Thank you again Suzy

Fantastic stay away from it all
The house is gorgeous, and so well appointed. It had everything we needed to really enjoy our weekend. Slept 8 adults and 2 babies comfortably. The surrounding countryside is stunning and we all enjoyed a trip to the cider mill just down the road. We had quite a bit of rain but there's so much space in the house it really didn't matter. Highly recommended.

The house has lovely views.
Our daughter was getting married in Hereford so we used the house as our base. We loved the kitchen and terrace when we were there. It is lovely and spacious - very nicely furnished too. Just perfect for us.

Lovely tranquil setting with great views of the countryside.
The property is tastefully decorated with clean modern bathroom facilities. The kitchen is the hub of the house with its aga for cooking and warmth.
Ideal house for winter or summer holidays.

Beautiful property in a beautiful area
Apart from the weather, we had a great stay. The property is very spacious, comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Very quiet setting. Having clear windows in the a bathroom(s) takes a little getting used to, but with the property being remote it was no real issue. When the sun's out, the decking is a fantastic place to while away a few hours. Owner is very friendly and helpful. All in all, highly recommend.

About the host
Hosted by Suzy Collins
I work in the IT profession but have a passion for renovating houses. This house has been worked on for the last two years and is finally now complete.
Why they chose this property
This property is unique, it overlooks the garden and a 7 acre paddock which also belongs to the house, most of the rooms face this. The sun is on the front of the house and lasts all day there. The view is lovely. The house has for good sized double bedrooms and 2 good sized bathrooms as well as separate loo downstairs. It is not overlooked by any neighbours.
What makes this property unique
The decking area is very large which you go straight onto from the kitchen. This area has a large seating area, BBQ and table and chairs so is brilliant for entertaining. For children there are swings, trampoline and slide, plus there is a 2nd separate reception room in the house full of children's games and a TV with Netflix. There is also a sonos speaker system throughout the house.
