Truly the italien experience

The house is spacious and stylishly furnished and beautifully situated among olive trees on a hill in the countryside. Just a picture. We were well received by Francesco and his wife. We were allowed to contact them about issues, but there were none. Truly one of the most beautiful locations in a beautiful area that we have experienced in ItItaly. Highly recommended

ruhiger Familienurlaub in Meeresnähe

das Haus liegt ganz allein und ruhig in der schönen Landschaft der Marken. Den schönen Garten mit seinen Oliven-, Granatapfel und Feigenbäumen haben wir besonders genossen, beim Frühstück, beim Grillen Abends, die Ruhe nachts unterm klaren Sternenhimmel. Tagsüber zirpen die Zikaden laut, die Eidechsen huschen vorbei, und auch sonst gibt es einiges aus der Tierwelt. Mückenschutz ist dringend erforderlich! Im Garten gibt es einiges an Liegen, auch bei vielen Leuten findet jeder einen schönen Platz. Das neue Swimmingpool hat den Garten nochmal aufgewertet. Wir waren zu siebt, da hatte jeder einen Platz in einem Bett (bei 4 Schlafzimmern). Kommen mehr Leute, muss man auf Sofas ausweichen (15 Leute wäre definitiv schwierig). 3 Bäder, auch mit Waschmaschinen, sind super bei vielen Leuten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ein Teil des Hauses wird gerade renoviert, da steht dann auch was rum, doch das stört nicht weiter. Der Kontakt zu Francesco war sehr nett. Er ist sehr freundlich, hat uns mit Tipps versorgt und hat uns bei Fragen und Problemen stets weitergeholfen. Die Entfernungsangaben stimmen so nach unserer Erfahrung nicht, nach Montemarciano geht es zum Einkaufen, das sind 10 Minuten, schon weil man die holprige Straße nur langsam befahren kann. Der nächste Strand hat uns nicht so besonders gefallen, doch da man sowieso im Auto sitzt, macht es auch nichts aus , ein paar Minuten weiter zu fahren nach Senigallia, oder gleich nach Sirolo, Portonovo oder Numana. Wir haben die verschiedenen Strände besucht, mal Stein, mal Sand, und diese Abwechslung ist auch schön. Auch Ausflüge kann man schöne machen wie nach Ancona oder Mondavio, und immer fährt man durch diese wunderschöne hügelige Landschaft.
