The two bedroom space includes a cozy media room with wood burning fireplace, private outdoor stone patio with gas grill/comfy seating and just a few steps to about 1000 ft of private shoreline featuring a secluded pebbled cove.
**(There is an option to rent an additional 600 sq. ft. third bedroom for two additional guests with lake view, full bath/shower, kitchenette, walk-in closet, and seating area. This bedroom will not be rented separately.)
The property includes a tennis court with basketball hoop and table and chairs, 2 lakeside decks, 2 lake view patios, private forested 10 acres with orchard and miles of walking, running and biking opportunities on Finley Point. It is approximately 10 min. drive to two of Polson's best restaurants, a 20 minute drive to Polson, 45 minutes to Bigfork, 60 minutes to Kalispell, and 90 minutes to Whitefish or Glacier National Park. This truly unique property is shared with homeowners occupying the upper level and is impeccably decorated in European lodge style. The rental space is accessed through separate entrances requiring a walk down a stone path. Please see photos for images of the path as it is not well suited for those with limited mobility. The quoted rate is only for rental of the two bedroom space and will be adjusted upward accordingly if the additional third bedroom suite is added.
