About this property

Beachwalk- June 8-12th open, 2026! 7 bedrooms/hot tub/golf cart. Close to beach

7- bedroom house in Beachwalk Resort.
Prom parties are not allowed at the house. Starting from scratch has allowed us to build a house that has every detail thought out to make it truly a carefree rental experience. With years of renting homes, we have gathered our ideas and built a house your family will make lasting memories in.

Golf cart available April 1 to November 1.
Professionally decorated reflects our view of how a relaxing beach experience should be.

It is 3/4 mile walk to the beach or golf cart ride which we provide.

The unique features of our house is the large size and open concept. Outside is the grassy area in the back and the deck and hot tub to enjoy. On the front porch is a 400 sq. foot enclosed deck where you can relax. This is a great feature for large groups to enjoy.

1st Bedroom upstairs- Primary bedroom with a king bed and master bath.
2nd Bedroom upstairs - Primary Bedroom with a queen bed and master bath.
3rd Bedroom upstairs- Queen bed
4th Bedroom upstairs - Bunk beds with pull out trundle. Twin over full bed with trundle
5th Bedroom - 1st floor - Queen bedroom.
6th Bedroom - basement - Bunk beds with pull out trundle. Twin over twin bed with trundle
7th Bedroom - basement - Bunk bed with pull out trundle. Twin over full with twin trundle.

The first floor is an open floor plan in the great room. great place for the kids to relax while you are cooking dinner either in the beautiful kitchen or the gas grill out

The second floor has 2 - primary bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a twin bunk with a trundle. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed.

The basement level floor has a huge area with a flat screen tv and surround sound. It also has gaming tables to enjoy. The 1 basement bedroom has a twin over full bed with a twin trundle. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk over a twin with a twin trundle. There is a pull-out couch too in the open area.
The house holds - 19 people.

It has a hot tub and a grassy area backyard. Take the golf cart to the beach or use the bikes we provide for your riding pleasure. We are close to the club house pool, basketball and tennis. We have beach toys for the kids to use for the beach. Beachwalk also has a community pool, tennis and basketball. Walk to their private Lake Kai to enjoy fishing or to rent a paddleboat. Come have fun at this great house. Located right in Beachwalk Resort.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place the towels in the bathroom. If able take the sheets to the laundry room. Do not start the washing machine. Take all garbage out and everything out of the refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Golf cart is for licensed drivers . You are responsible for damage to the golf cart. We take pictures before and after your stay of the golf cart.
Community pool available for guests. It is a community pool and have their own rules and rates for accidents and/or incidents that happen there.
You are responsible for damage to the house, furniture or the hot tub. Your deposit will be returned after 2 weeks of your stay.

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that is meticulously cared for. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and was well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. The hot tub was a treat at the end of the day and made us all feel relaxed. We loved the entire Beachwalk community and all it has to offer, even in the spring season! We could not imagine recommending this property more highly and look forward to returning someday soon. Thank you!

Royal Retreat is owned by the Pusatera brothers. John, Mike and Matt and their families live in the Chicago Suburbs. They have many fond memories of the Lake Michigan Beaches. They are very excited to have a lovely house of their own for renters and themselves to enjoy with their families for years to come.

Lake Michigan is one of the most pristine beaches in the United States. The proximity to Chicago makes it great location to vacation. The house is brand new and it has been well thought out. We have been vacationing for years together and we know exactly what it takes to have a perfect rental. We have put great detail in providing a home that has everything for you. We hope you enjoy our home and the Beachwalk area for your family vacation.

What makes this property unique

We have bikes for you to enjoy. Also a golf cart to take to the beach parking area. It helps with transporting all the towels, blankets and kids. The house has 2 separate areas for kids to play besides outside. The den in the living room and the basement are great areas. The basement has a gaming tables and a tv with video games.
