Our new, luxurious, custom-built Home, in the exclusive Beachwalk resort community, is now booking for rental, for dates starting March 1, 2025. 7 day rental minimum from 6/1-9/30.

This stunning property offers unparalleled comfort, style and amenities making it the perfect choice for your family and friends vacation. The Home sleeps 18 comfortably with 7 bedrooms PLUS Sofa in the family Game room, all with the luxurious linens and comfy bedding you will need. This beautiful home has 5 1/2 bathrooms.with towels and Hair dryers. The 3 Master suits has 2 of the masters on the main floor. A main floor large open concept family room with fireplace, large ample dining area and a fully stocked chef's kitchen, including stainless steel cook wear, every small appliance you will need, 2 sets of dishes and more than ample kitchen needs. The house is professionally decorated with new and antique decor. And you'll notice that the owner is an advid "Mackenzie Childs" collector. This is the perfect home wether you and your friends and family are running off for a day on the beaches of Lake Michigan, or being low key and sitting cozy by the fire place in the spacious living room. The second floor also has a family entertainment area. Full Size washer and Dryer. Free Wi-Fi and 65 inch TV'S

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
There is a closing list on the counter. There is also the rules for the house and Golf cart rules.
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside or outside on our property. No pets allowed
No parties for highschool or college age groups and underage drinking is never allowed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS, ON THE PROPORTY, NO OPEN FLAME CANDELS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON THE PROPERTY. YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR CLEANING TBD, BY CLEANERS/OWNER
