Exceptional river frontage at this spacious, yet cozy cabin. The extra large cabin has three bedrooms along with bunk beds, sleep sofa and two and a half baths. The main floor includes a large living room with gas fireplace, sitting room with spectacular river views and gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and office. The additional two bedrooms, living room with sleep sofa and bathroom are on the second floor. The porch overlooking the river is a perfect place to relax in the rocking chairs and just sit and listen to the peaceful rhythms of the river. The property also features a "park-like" shoreline with deck, picnic area and swing - perfect for winding down. And if you get tired of fishing, tubing or swimming on the river, downtown Blue Ridge is a short 7-mile drive and complete with shops, restaurants and plenty of other things to do! The Toccoa Riverhouse provides an atmosphere that will not soon be forgotten.

We had such a great stay at this cabin! One of our favorite things was being able to fish right on the property. We spent most of our day outside under picnic table/swing area. The front porch was also the hangout area for relaxation in the evening time. The views and the sounds of the river are so relaxing and peaceful. We also loved having a fenced-in area out back where we could safely let the dogs out. I really appreciated how well-stocked the cabin was. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making guests comfortable, providing plenty of toiletries as well as kitchen and laundry essentials. It made our stay feel easy and stress-free, like a home away from home!

This is a very nice cabin, although I really wouldn’t call it a cabin, it’s huge. Very well equipped and up to date. The river is very nice and a good place for kids to play and fish. The fenced in area for the dogs was great.

The host was so responsive and welcoming. They even had two Christmas trees set up, which made our December trip even more magical. They provided every amenity you could need. The cabin was so beautiful and sat right across from the Toccoa river, it offered breathtaking views from many areas. We brought our two pups with us and they loved the fenced in yard and going for walks along the river. It’s close to the quaint downtown area as well as grocery stores. 10/10 recommend!

This was our 2nd stay, the first time 2 years ago we enjoyed the stay so much that we invited our family, the grand kids loved the river, could not keep them from enjoying the chilling experience of wading and exploring it.Tubing in the river was a big hit.The fire pit was perfect to enjoy smores and comradery of family time, everything was properly provided, our 2 grand boys wanted to camp out and they were able to do it. This is the best place to enjoy the area.

We chose the river location because of the private and quiet river setting. You'll love hearing the sound of the river flowing into Lake Blue Ridge! The fishing, kayaking and tubing is an added benefit for kids and the adults who want to be a kid again! We hope you enjoy your stay.

Luckily, our cabin sits right on the river and is in the best location for everything Blue Ridge has to offer including downtown shopping, Lake Blue Ridge, horseback riding, waterfalls, hiking and white water rafting. We also love spending time with our friends and family and it's the perfect spot for having parties or cookouts or just tubing the river or fishing all day.
