Private individual rents beautiful seaside apartment on the top and third floor of a residence located inside the Vacances village of Port Bourgenay (Talmont Saint Hilaire 10 km from Les Sables d'Olonne)

You are close to shops, the port and 1.5 km from Veillon beach which you can access via the cycle path, on foot via the coastal path or by the free La Talmondaise shuttle.
You benefit from all the services included on the site (aquatic area, tennis, golf, children's farm, children's club, playground, fishing, pétanque ...). Certain activities are chargeable.

Nous étions à la recherche d'un lieu en Vendée pour faire un petit break, pas trop loin de chez nous. Nous avons été satisfait. Emplacement et confort parfaits.

Nous avons louer pour une semaine en février 1 bebe, 2 enfants et 2 adultes. L appartement dispose d une tres jolie vue. Tres bien équipé et les propriétaires sont très agréables . Nous avons d ailleurs prévus de repasser par eux pour nos futurs séjour en Vendée . et pour ce qui est du tourisme port bourgenay Est plutôt bien situé car proche de tout .

Magnifique séjour !

L'appartement est très bien entretenu et très fonctionnel. Son positionnement dans le village est idéal (proche de tout sans être au milieu des animations). Tout (restos, plage, port, sentiers côtiers ...) est accessible à pied pour ceux qui aime marcher, sinon il est également très facile de prendre la voiture. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Seul petit bémol qui concerne la piscine de P&V interdites aux personnes voulant seulement venir à la journée en réservant hors P&V mais cela n'est pas du ressort des propriétaires qui ont été très arrangeants. Je recommanderais donc cette location et les annonces de ces propriétaires.

Appartement très bien agencé et très propre. Chambre parentale très spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Très douillet. Parfaitement bien équipé ( lave vaisselle, machine Tassimo, barbecue électrique...) Belle terrasse avec vue sublime sur le lac. Excellent contact avec les propriétaires qui sont à votre écoute A très bientôt j espère

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique non loin de la piscine et du centre du village. La location est agréable , avec tout le nécessaire. Le balcon donne sur le lac. L'endroit est calme et reposant. La plage n'est pas loin et l'endroit est très dépaysant avec de grands espaces verts et des chemins piétons.

Séjour agréable.

Appartement spacieux et bien agencé. Pas d'ascenseur par contre. La vue est dégagée et le coin est calme car loin des animations de la résidence. Equipement complet. La résidence est agréable et bien pourvue en petits commerces. Elle se trouve à proximité immédiate du port de plaisance qui possède de petits restaurants avec de belles terrasses. Par contre l'accès à la piscine est payant (46 euros pour 2 personnes pour 1 semaine) ainsi que les activités et le petit train. Il faut donc rajouter cela au prix de la location sur place. Les cartes des propriétaires ne permettent pas l'accès. Propriétaires sympas et arrangeants.
