Villa Pola is located in Santa Margherita di Pula, in the south-western part of Sardinia, just 45 km from Elmas airport and 38 km from the city of Cagliari.
The house is situated in Is Morus, more precisely in one of the most elegant and reserved area condos, Saia, which is about 8 km from the town of Pula. The condo has two beaches, one large and one smaller and more private, and an area dedicated to sports. In addition, the inside of the communion you can directly access a rich shop.
Villa Pula is 100 meters from the sea and is surrounded by a private pine forest of about 2000 square meters, part of which is used as a parking lot for cars.
