The villa stands on a plot of 1800 square meters independent. in a new subdivision sunny private villas located in Domus De Maria, just 5 km. from the beautiful beaches of Chia. Spectacular view on an amphitheater of hills in the pristine Mediterranean.
With a large garden made with native species in harmony with the landscape, green lawn area with sun loungers and outdoor shower with hot water. Maximum privacy and tranquility.
The villa has two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed in the basement and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The premises are equipped with mosquito nets.
Free Wi-Fi Internet access free unlimited.
Furniture and lighting modern and refined for design lovers. Beds, mattresses and pillows are made of bio-materials for a sleep qualità.I bathrooms are spacious, with large sinks with suspended sanitary and showers cm. 80x120 and 90x90 round the ground floor to the first floor.

We had a great holiday. The house is very nicely located with a great view. We loved the swimming pool the water was perfect temperature. The beds are very comfortable and the house stays cool in warm temperatures. We loved the village near the house. The restaurant are very good especially the pizzeria Nico’s. We enjoyed the aperitivo at daddies bar. It was a very relaxing holiday and we are very grateful that we where allowed to bring our dogs.

Beautiful house near the best beaches in Sardinia

Thank you for the communication and easy booking. We enjoyed our stay in the villa that was equipped with everything you can need. Well located and very close to restaurants and beautiful beaches. Make sure to tell them in advance how many beds you want to be made.

Expectations exceeded

The property is of a high standatd. The ease of booking and response from the owner was very good. We had two minor problems during our two-week stay - WiFi issue and failure of pump in the swimming pool following a very blustery day. Both were resoved by the local managers very promptly. There are a few restaurants in Domus de Maria 12 minutes walking dustance. The beaches of Chia are spectacular and only a short drive away. The parasols in the basement were well used. Highly recommended

Perfect place for relaxing

We were thrilled with the villa. It was everything we hoped it would be. It is clean, comfortable and spacious. The outdoor area and pool are superb and the view is stunning. You feel as if you’re in the middle of the mountains but it is less than 5 mins by car to the nearest village and an easy 15 minute drive to several beautiful, unspoilt beaches. Our favourite was Cala Cipolla. The sun umbrellas in the basement were useful as it can be difficult to find natural shade on the beaches, especially when busy, although it is possible to hire umbrellas and loungers on some. We ate at Niko’s Pizzeria in Domus de Maria a few times (they also do takeaways) and also ate at Mirage in Chia which was really nice. We got most of our groceries from the store in Domus de Maria or from Cirio supermarket in Chia. They are both fairly small but good for basics. Would definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for seclusion and tranquillity.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa, très bien située sur les hauteurs de Domus di Maria avec une vue vraiment superbe. La villa est vraiment très agréable, conforme à la description et située à 10/15 min des principales plages, très fréquentées (des bouchons pour repartir le soir). La communication avec le propriétaire (Aldo) et les responsables sur place (Paolo & Francesca) est très bonne. Un petit panier d'accueil et des éléments de base auraient été un plus (éponge, produit vaisselle & lave linge par exemple)

We're delighted that Hugo and his family enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Chia Bay and that they appreciated the quality of the house and its scenic location; this is our most important asset. Traffic in Chia Bay is normally light, but the week of August 16-23 is peak season, and traffic is heavier. UPON ARRIVAL, GUESTS ALWAYS FIND A WELCOME BASKET with typical Sardinian products and various kitchen and bathroom amenities. Unfortunately, since it was a peak season week, we forgot to give it to Hugo when they checked in. We apologize for our oversight, which unfortunately resulted in a harsh review score that is inadequate for the quality of the house.

Alles lief perfekt! Der Check in hat hervorragend geklappt. Wir konnten sogar eher ins Haus. Danke dafür nochmal. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Gekocht haben wir allerdings nur einmal. Verständigungsprobleme gab es beim Müll. Leider war die Anleitung auf Französisch. So dass wir nicht genau verstanden haben, ob wir nun den Mülleimer oder Müllbeutel an die Straße stellen sollten.Die Zimmer und Bäder (neu) waren sauber. Man muss wissen, dass das Haus nicht zentral ist sind er ein etwas in den Bergen liegt. Uns hat es aber nicht gestörrt.

Das Haus mit Garten und Pool waren super schön! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in wirklich ruhiger Lage. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Uns fehlte nichts. Der Vermieter Aldo war super nett und die Kommunikation einfach. Paolo und Francesca waren vor Ort die Ansprechpartner und kümmerten sich super um uns. (Neue Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Poolreinigung). Die Strände von Chia waren innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und traumhaft schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa wie auch in Domus de Maria. Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sehr gut Ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden was einen Urlaub entspannt verbringen lässt. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe, die Betten bequem und die Bäder modern. Der Pool war für uns groß genug um sich dort Abzukühlen. Die Lage der Villa war für uns perfekt. Sie war Schön ruhig gelegen. Gleichzeitig konnte mit dem Auto die schönen Strände abfahren. Domus de Maria war fußläufig erreichbar. Dort gab es auch einige Restaurants. Andere gute waren mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer ausgezeichnet. Er war freundlich und schnell im Antworten. Der Empfang , die Über-/ Rückgabe der Villa durch die Hausverwalter vor Ort war verliefen schnell, problemlos und freundlich. Fragen und Tipps für den Aufenthalt wurden von ihnen schnell und freundlich beantwortet.

Keine Wünsche offen

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des kleinen Ortes Domus de Maria, ohne Mietwagen kommt hier sicherlich sowieso niemand her. Der Wagen ist jedenfalls notwendig und kann direkt vor dem Haus abgestellt werden. Das Haus selber ist exakt wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Was auf den Fotos nicht so ganz rüberkam, ist dass auch der Raum mit Doppelbett( Keine ausziehcouch) eine Tür hat und als vollwertiges Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Ort selber, ist vom Flughafen Cagliari etwa 45 Minuten entfernt und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren durch den Süden. Man muss allerdings nicht weit fahren. Die schönsten Strände sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Besuchen Sie Sardinien und den Süden der Insel und dieses Haus. Alles perfekt.

Modernes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal hier und finden das Haus nach wie vor absolut top. Es liegt ruhig und mit tollem Weitblick. Mit dem Auto sind die schönen Strände von Chia gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, insbesondere Bäcker (von außen kaum zu erkenen) und Markt am Samstag Vormittag, auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleiner, aber guter Supermarkt sowie Obst-/Gemüsestände auf dem Weg zum Strand. Hervorragende Vor-Ort-Betreuung inkl. wöchentlichem Handtücher- und Bettwäschewechsel.
