Welcome to "La Petite Foiserie", a gite located within reach of the Sables-d'Olonne that we have just bought. Perfectly located to discover the area, "La Petite Foiserie" is also a place that will delight you for relaxation time. Pool (12x6m), park planted with trees (3300m²) and sublime countryside as far as the eye can see; everything here is favourable for relaxation and well-being. Whether you are a couple, a family or a group of friends, you are welcome to our little piece of heaven.
The property is divided into 2. A part 'main residence' that we occupy and a part 'gite' that we offer for rent. The two dwellings are contiguous.
You can fully enjoy our swimming pool (12m x 6m) heated from May 15 to September 15 (depending on the weather the dates may vary). The 3300m2 wooded park has free access and includes a petanque court and a children’s playground (with a swing and a slide).
The outside and the pool are shared with us.
Here you have the countryside as far as the eye can see. Everything is conducive to relaxation and well-being.
Old barn, you will enjoy the freshness of the house at the hottest hours of the day, especially if you have young children.
Whether you are a couple, family or friends, you are welcome to stay with us.
The barn is facing south, with an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside.
The main room opens onto a large wooden terrace (35 m2), facing the pool, where you can have your meals. You have at your disposal a garden lounge with a table, 8 chairs and an umbrella large enough to protect you from the sun during your meals.
Around the pool are arranged 8 deckchairs for your relaxing moments.
The main room, with a surface of 72 m2, is divided into three living areas: the living room, the living room and the kitchen open to the living room. In the living room you have 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a wood stove. In the living room, a large table and 8 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an induction plate, 2 ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, an American fridge, an electric coffee maker and a kettle.
You have 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with 3 beds and one bedroom for 2 people.
Different options are available to you :
- bed linen : 20 euros per bed (fitted sheet - duvet cover- pillowcase).
- towels : 8 euros for 1 person (1 towel - 1 bath sheet - 1 washcloth)
- cleaning fee : 150 euros
options are to be paid to the owner on the day of your arrival
