Apartment quality renovation, modern and wood, with an electric Gazco Fireplace.

This two-room apartment of 27 m2 is at the highest of Méribel-Mottaret, facing south, with a magnificent view of the summits of the Vanoise park, ski-in ski-out, with all the shops within 3 minutes maximum
It is particularly well arranged to allow a comfortable stay up to 4 people.
Ideal for a couple with two children or a single couple looking for comfort and space.,
Good distribution: Living room with 2 sofa-beds, independent of the double bedroom for a couple and the dining / kitchen area (See the mapin the photos)

The kitchen equipment is renewed and completed also with raclette and fondue devices

Large bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain.
A separate toilet and 3 storage cupboards.

The Chalet Boulevard du Hameau de Mottaret is south oriented and at the top of the Méribel-Mottaret 1850 m.

Within the residence, you will find:
- at Candide all the shops bars, restaurants, mini-market, sports shops, snow equipment rental companies - list and contacts of the shops http: // meribelmottaret. en / professionals / ski-surf rental. Starting point for trial and mountaineering skiing.
- at the Boulevard, a games room, your ski lockers located just below the apartment and next to the "S3V ski pass"
You can put your skis on and go directly to the slopes. (see the pictures).

The condominium is served by the chalet gondola and by the free buses which stop in front of the entrance, next to the public car park.

You can not use your car during the whole stay ... everything is on site.

Please note: WEEKLY RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY exclusively

The rental price is tourist tax and cleaning included

Appartement cosy bon rapport qualité prix

Cet appartement/studio est petit (conformément à l’annonce) mais bien aménagé, équipé et chaleureux. Nous l’avons choisi notamment pour les couchages sans lits superposés dont nos ados ne veulent plus. Nous n’avons pas eu froid, le chauffage était très satisfaisant et ce début avril. La cabine Chalets (gratuite) au près de l’immeuble permet d’accéder aux commerces et bars de Mottaret. Il y a également un Carrefour market près de l’immeuble et un autre commerce offrant des fromages frais locaux, autres produits et souvenirs. Accès direct aux pistes, location au pied de l’immeuble. Calme. J’ai retiré une étoile en propreté en raison de vaisselle mal lavée, dépôts de fromage sans doute. Pas de chance j’imagine.

Fijn appartement op uitstekende locatie

Super locatie aan de piste, met alle voorzieningen op loopafstand. Het is niet groot, maar goed vertoeven met 2 kinderen en 2 volwassenen. Communicatie met beheerder was uitstekend. Reageert direct op vragen. Het enige wat jammer is dat de sleutel pas vanaf 17.00 op een locatie opgehaald kan worden op kwartier afstand van Meribel Mottaret. Wij hebben het opgelost om eerst vanuit Meribel Village te gaan skien op dag van aankomst. Dank je Bernard voor het verblijf in je appartement.

une autre solution est possible pour récupérer les clés mais il faut tenir compte du temps de travail du service de ménage qui est intense pour eux entre 10 H le matin et 17H; A bientôt

Bonjour, Vous avez émis le souhait de revenir dans l'appartement. Je vous y accueillerai bien volontiers l'année prochaine, tout comme dans mon deuxième appartement si vous êtes plus nombreux. Il est prudent de réserver à l'avance pour être sure que l'appartement soit libre en 2023. j'ouvre à la location en général fin mai pour la saison de ski suivante. Sachez que je loue ponctuellement aussi l'été sur demande expresse car je suis souvent à Méribel car il y fait beaucoup plus frais qu'à Lyon Cordialement Bernard

Séjour au bord des pistes!

Appartement très agréable et chaleureux. Extrêmement bien placé pour le départ et l’arrivée skis aux pieds. Tout est pratique, location du matériel, achat des forfaits, courses en bas de l’immeuble. La luminosité de l’appartement et la décoration soignée sont un plus!

Vacances parfaites ! Appartement trés bien situé et très fonctionnel.

Nous avons passé un séjour idéal dans cet appartement aux pieds des pistes. Situé dans la résidence du hameau, nous avions tout à disposition (commerce, salle de billard, bar, restau, location de ski) L'appartement en lui même était tout aussi parfait pour 4 personnes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les portes a galandage pour fermer l'espace salon très cocoon et la chambre avec le lit double. On reviendra c'est sûr!

Good Sized apartment in ideal position for skiing

We found this a good sized studio apartment for two of us. Obviously compact, but with good kitchen, bathroom and lounge areas. Very hot water all the time, heat lamp in the bathroom and TV to watch. Just above a small supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. Ski hire and lift pass was available in the same building. Ski in/out to about a minute walk of the door. The three valleys resort is a large ski area with Mottaret centrally placed for Val Thorens, Courcheval and Meribel.

The apartment is intended for a family of 4 people, but it is also very popular with couples because the night part and the stay are distinct, with a view to the south. As a reminder we have a permanent maintenance contract with the concierge service.

La rénovation de l'appartement à l'automne 2017 a été apprécié. Comme nous habitons en Rhone-Alpes,, nous sommes très présent sur le site pour l'entretien, hors saison) et si vous revenez, vous trouverez quelques nouveautés. Si vous souhaitez réserver à nouveau, faites nous signe rapidement car nous publierons la location en septembre 2018, et le clalendrier se remplira vite après. L'été est aussi magnigique à Méribel. Merci pour votre réponse, je fais très attention à ce que l'appartement soit aux gouts du jour et agréable à vivre. C'est pourquoi, j'ai voulu que l'appartement soit chaleureux, rénové moderne bois, en octobre dernier. J'y viens très souvent, habitant à deux heures de Méribel, ce qui me permets le suivi permanent de son entretien.

Bonjour, Désolé que l'appartement n'ait pas répondu à votre attente. La vue est conforme à la photo d'accroche, plein sud ce qui est en général apprécié par nos locataires habituels. Les espaces devant le chalet ont été refait en aout dernier mais ils ont manqué de la revégétallisation qui était prévue en octobre 2016 à cause d'une chute de neige précoce. Le projet du pépiniériste donnera un aspect très agréable et très montagne au lieu dès juin avec des sapins, des sorbiers.. Concernant l'appartement, on ne nous a jamais demandé de sèche cheveux. Nous tiendrons compte de vos remarques lors de l'entretien annuelde l'appartement afin de continuer à fidèliser nos locataires qui appécient les lieux. Cordialement Bernard
