a lovely flat in a prime location. a communicative, friendly renter. an easy check-in and out. i will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. walking distance to great parks, museums, shops, dining, and a short walk to two different tube stations. (and Cafe de Fred downstairs is fantastic, delicious, and the owner is a gem!)

Everything was really great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location. Quiet and has everything you need, and the elevator is a bonus. Natalia is the perfect host. I highly recommend Cafe de Fred and The Holland Pub.

The flat was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located near bus stops and tube stations, as well as grocery store options (Waitrose just across the street, and Whole Foods just a short walk away). Everything was clean and every detail had been considered and provided for. Natalia was very responsive to any questions we had, and very clear and detailed in her communications regarding check-in, check-out, etc. making both processes incredibly easy to follow.

The property is easy walking distance to 2 different underground stations. We were able to get anywhere we wanted to go. Kensington high street is literally around the corner and a supermarket is across the street. Natalia was an excellent hostess who made back up arrangements for us in case we needed help while she was away for a few days. We didn’t need anything because the apartment was set up so well and check in instructions were quite clear. Having a lift is a huge plus for us as we are on an extended trip through Europe and the UK and we have lots of luggage. Despite being so close to a vibrant shopping district, the apartment was quiet. We will come back here on our next trip to London! Bonus, there is an excellent little breakfast/lunch restaurant next door and a barbershop a couple of doors down.

The flat is very well described, the location is close to the park and has shops, restaurants and pubs closeby.Communication was great around check in and entry to the unit.The kitchen is well equipped, everything was clean and it's a well maintained space.The unit does get a lot of natural light, too. Very happy with our stay, would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

This was our second time staying at the Carriage Lodge. You can’t beat the location — very close to the Kensington High Street tube station, restaurants, shops, and more. Natalia is very communicative and helpful.

Our host was very attentive. The location is right across the street from Waitrose grocery and the bus stop. Holland and Hyde park within walking and The Design Museum. Very convenient and the apartment was wonderful - great kitchen, bath and bed and sofa were comfortable.

Lovely, convenient stay

I felt very at ease at this VRBO, from the comfortable bed, to the convenient grocery store and the washer/dryer combo in one! I enjoyed the bath and watching the news. It felt like a home away from home. Natalia was exceptionally responsive. I’d stay again

Great holiday apartment

Great location, close to trains, buses and opposite supermarket. Great for a couple, advantage of a lift which for older people a must. Just like being at home, everything is supplied.
