Sugar Reef is a duplex so it both units may be rented for a larger group. See Listing # 684977 for SUGAR REEF "A". Each unit can accommodate 4 guests. With vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan the unit has an open, beachy vibe.

You will enjoy the convenience of walking just two short blocks for direct access to the Gulf Of Mexico! You will also have quick access to the bay, waterfront park, kayak launch and children's playground.

Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the FREE trolley to ride the full length of the island. A short 20 minutes drive by car to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.

When we found this property we knew it was in the perfect location! It's a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. It's super close to grocery, pharmacy, beachy shops and restaurants. Our purpose was to create a comfortable, well stocked beach home where you can litterally arrive and relax.
