Lovely apartment with air conditioning. That is absolutely necessary with the summer heat. The owners are friendly, the pool and the view are wonderful. One tiny thing is the road with cars.

The place was beautiful and clean. Roni was a very friendly and helpful host. The location was close to the village of Certaldo, where you can find bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We arrived quite late, and Roni had prepared breakfast supplies for us. Each apartment had its own designated spot by the swimming pool. The property is close to a road, so you can hear some traffic noise. As a development suggestion, apartment number four could benefit from an additional air-conditioning unit between the bedrooms. This is definitely a place I would return to

Really good value. We were expecting a much smaller and less spacious villa Stunning amid the beatiful Tuscan Holls. Very pleasant and just the right distance from Certaldo. They were extremely helpful and the one problem of our own making was dealt with within 15 minutes
