The farmhouse forms part of a tiny hamlet of three houses at the end of a country road, with no through traffic, belonging to a private wine and olive oil estate in a beautiful rural area of Tuscany surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves. The swimming pool is situated nearby in an olive grove with paving and a lawn area around, shaded by olive trees, between which there is a beautiful view of the countryside. The pool is shared. with two other farmhouse cottages accommodating a maximum of 8 other guests. The property is within five minutes of access to main motorways, 15 minutes to the tramway in to central Florence and the local village is within walking distance. There are several excellent restaurants within easy reach and a Bar in the local village with outside tables and chairs which serves memorable cappuccini and pastries.
