The property was everything that we could have expected of it. Spacious but a manageable size for the two of us with all the necessary facilities and very clean. The out side areas including the pool were very welll maintained.

Just returned from 2 weeks in this wonderful villa. The villa is just a 2 minute drive from the local village which has restaurants and shops but is set in a beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by olive groves. The views are fantastic and the pool is perfect. Would definitely recommend. Sleeps 4 comfortably and the air conditioning was fantastic at night.

The property was everything that we expected of it. A manageable size for two with all the necessary facilities and very clean. The outside areas including the pool were very well maintained. The attendant staff were unobtrusive but very friendly and in one instance when we had inadvertently turned the boiler off and had no hot water someone attended within 15 minutes of us reporting it to point out the mistake we had made and the simple solution to it.

Pretty house in a great landscape! We drove a lot through the area and to the beautiful old etruscan villages. In the afternoon we jumped into the beautiful swimming pool and have often grilled outside. Life has taken place for us almost only outside, in wonderful peace. We are very relaxed!

Pretty small country cottage, comfortably furnished and very quiet. The perfect place to spend a beautiful and varied holiday with children, because you are fast on beaches and in the most beautiful places. Bolgheri is amazing! We have never seen such avenues.
