About this property

Beautiful Frankfort Michigan Vacation Home

Remodeled 4 bedrooms 2 full baths home. Sleeps 8 to 10 plus room for additional air beds (provided). 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. bedroom 3 has 2 full size. Bedroom 4 (downstairs) has 1 full and 1 twin, great for the kids!!. In addition there is a 4 to 5 person dry sauna, and a washer and dryer in the basement. There is an attached 2 car garage converted to a recreation room with a ping pong table (ping pong not available in the winter months).

Home is walking distance to downtown Frankfort and Lake Michigan. Right across the street is a large park with basketball, tennis courts, and skate park. Ride your bikes right down the driveway to hundreds of miles of walking and bike paths. The grocery store is only two blocks away!!

If you chose to drive the home is only 20 minutes south of Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. Going east you are 20 minutes away from Crystal Mountain ski resort or 20 minutes from historic Cherry Bowl drive-in. For a little further drive you are 40 minutes from downtown Traverse City or 45 minutes from the middle of wine country. Finally 25 minutes south is Arcadia Bluffs golf resort (there are 3 other golf courses in varying price ranges within 20 minutes).

If you chose to relax at home we provided a 50inch flat screen with DVD/Blue Ray. There are also plenty of board games and ping pong table (ping pong not available in winter months) in the breakfast nook and attached garage for the family to enjoy. Then cook the burgers on the charcoal grill for a great dinner.

Tired of needing a vacation to recuperate from your vacation. You get the best of all worlds with this house. Enjoy a truly relaxing vacation at an affordable price!!

We love Frankfort! Our stay was great. Very convenient to the park across the street and being able to walk to town was something new for us. Our hosts were quickly available and made our stay very enjoyable.

Frankfort Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at the Frankfort Cottage. Great location made it easy to walk to downtown. Nice playground across the street. House was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Our 2nd visit. Will definitely be back!

Great house - Great Location

We loved our stay in Frankfort The house is across from a park where our kids played basketball and on the play ground Easy access to down town and beach We walked to ice cream almost every night. Outside areas provided for great conversation and game night activities. And the Sauna was a special treat. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable little home.

The house was nice.It had all the basic things you might need, plenty of room for the 5 of us. I personally loved sitting on the large porch. Great front porch and location

We spend large amounts of time on the porch during our stay, watching the world go by and all the people enjoying the park across the street. We walked to town every morning. Won’t be able to rent the house again next year because of having a walking toddler around the many steps in and outside of the building. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend this stay

Great for a quick winter getaway

My significant other and I needed somewhere to stay last minute for long weekend ski trip. Booking was very simple and quick and the property was great! We only had 2 people but it could certainly house and sleep many more. Would stay again!

Easy access to the beach and downtown

The house has a great location. You can walk the back streets to the beach and easily to downtown in 15 minutes. The front porch was readily used.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the house. The amenities were really nice, the home is located in such a great place, walkable to anything we needed. All of the comforts we needed were there and we couldn’t have asked for much more. For anyone visiting, this is a fast article rental!

Skiing with Family

We had a great time. Loved having lots of bedrooms and two full bathrooms for the 6 of us. The slopes were only about 15 min away and the local Storm Cloud Brewery was perfect. We'd love to come again in the summer.

Great location for fun at Lake Michigan

We loved our stay at this location. It served our goal of being close to the beaches and activities that we had planned and was a comfortable place to return to. Between two families we had eight kids between the ages of 2-12 so the park across the street was a huge plus for parents and kids alike. After dinner we would often sit on the front porch in conversation while watching the kids play at the park. We would definitely stay here again!
