We loved our stay in Frankfort. The house was clean and quaint. We enjoyed the privacy of the country setting and loved relaxing on the back deck. Check in was a piece of cake. All in all, a great rental

We had a great week staying! We rock hunted around Grace Road Beach, Point Betsie, the mouth of Platte River and Esch Beach while taking in sunsets all close by. The cottage was comfortable and very clean. All of the mattresses were clean and new, A/C and the washing machine were great perks. My preteens enjoyed the bikes riding around the property too. Will stay again!

This house was farther from town than we expected. However, we were pleasantly surprised that we could see the night sky and the Milky Way clearly. The upstairs bedroom and bath were very comfortable. The downstairs bedrooms and bathroom were very small with no closets. It worked for us because we only had 1 person in each bedroom but had we had more it would not have been comfortable. As listed there is no dishwasher but there were paper plates. The living room was very spacious and the furniture was comfortable.

Loved my stay at this charming place....it is so cozy and inviting! Loved the living room area...played games around the table with friends one night. I stayed in the master bedroom on the top floor. The bathroom is beautiful. A small suggestion is to have a floor length over the door mirror in the bedroom for getting ready. Otherwise, the bed was so comfortable. It is a short drive to many small towns and eateries....very convenient. Host was accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
