Nice property comprising 3 apartments situated near San Gimignano, only 300 meters away from the main entrance gate to the lovely historical city center.
All of the 3 apartments offer a personal, furnished outdoor area. The property owners (nice and friendly people) live on site and are alway available for their guests.
This property offers all the features of a country-side house (large outdoor area, panoramic views, pool) but at the same time it is a short distance away from San Gimignano city center.
The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful corners of Tuscany.
At guests' disposal: large, fenced-in swimming pool (14 x 7 m - min. depth 1,15 m - max. depth 2,5 m), lighted synthetic tennis court, personal furnished outdoor area for each apartament, barbecue, air-conditioning. Laundry available (payment on the spot). Parking within the grounds. Internet wi-fi available in a common area at the property entrance (only the apartment Capanna has wi-fi).
The property owners have 2 very nice and quiet German shepherds running free in the grounds.

Distances: the beautiful town of San Gimignano with a variaty of shops only 300 m away, Poggibonsi 12 km, Volterra 30 km, Siena 40 km, Florence 50 km away, Pisa and Lucca circa 85 km. The Chianti area is within 20 - 50 km.

An absolute gem in the heart of Tuscany. Situated just a short walk outside the historic city of San Gimignano, you find this amazing former wineyard. Very well-kept with a beautiful panoramic view over the hills. A small (not luxorious) apartment but cosy and with what you need, close to a very nice poolarea. A need to go place! We will be back...

What a fabulous time we had. From the ease and value of booking with posarelivillas to meeting the lovely owners Franco and Gea who made us feel very welcome. Our son and his girlfriend also travelled down in a camper van and were made to feel like part of the family. The setting is spectacular being so close to San Gimignano but also so peaceful. The grounds are a joy to walk around and the pool area is like a 5* hotel. The accommodation is traditional but very clean and comfortable with every amenity you need. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone wanting a tradition Tuscan environment with the best hosts we have ever encounter.

Wir haben dort Ende März drei schöne Tage verbracht und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie haben einen herrlichen Pool, der Ende März natürlich noch nicht offen war, da es zu kalt war. Das Agriturismo liegt nur 5 Minuten außerhalb des Stadtzentrums San Gimignano, also nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, wo es einige großartige Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen der Wohnungen in die eigenen Weinberge und Olivenhaine ist wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The property itself is beautiful especially the surrounding area, lovely for walks. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were extremely helpful. Great location just a 5 minute walk from the shops and the old town of san gimignano.

Paradise only 3 hours from Birmingham - SERIOUSLY look at this heavenly place. We have been lucky enough to work and holiday in most places around the world. Finding this heavenly place capped ANYWHERE we have been. Yes, there have been great places to see in those places over the years, but this place encapsulates total relaxation, hospitality at its very best and quality that is unmeasurable. The hosts and the dogs were wonderful and so was the wine ???? Thank you for such a wonderful experience. All the very best from David and Theresa. Also please thank Joanna from the rental agency for fantastic service. She answered all our questions promptly and professionally. Anyone wishing to do to Italy call these guys.

The location is fabulous and the grounds beautiful. The studio apartment is large and has a private patio area in front of the doors with tables and chairs and BBq area opposite. It also has a super king bed. The pool area is very clean and enough seating so that you can avoid other guests if you wish. It was an easy 10 minute walk up a gradual tarmac hill to the town centre. The owners are lovely and very interesting and interested. The only issue we had was that the WiFi wasn't good at all in the apartment, which posed a problem as we are self employed and needed to be online. The bathroom/shower could also do with a makeover ....as did some of the kitchen appliances. Overall, if you're looking for a fab location in beautiful, private, secure and peaceful surroundings, but not too fussed about the in door facilities, we'd recommend.

We had a great time. Loved the villa and the owners. My only small complaint is that the bed was typically Italian and a little too hard for us. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it and will go back!
