A peaceful retreat in the Ligurian hills, ideal for large families and groups who want to enjoy nature and tranquillity while remaining within easy reach of the beaches and beautiful destinations of the Italian Riviera, including the Cinque Terre and Portofino.

The villa accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms, with additional beds available for young children. It offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces, including 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a large dining room, a tavern, a reading/TV lounge and 4 large terraces overlooking different sides of the property.

Outside, the private park and garden offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy meals together. Guests have at their disposal a large covered barbecue area, two gazebos, traditional iron-and-wood tables with benches seating at least 14 people, a garden swing sofa, loungers and sunbeds.

Children have their own dedicated play area with a playhouse, swing and slide.

The garden is surrounded by mature trees including olive, cherry, pear, pine, elm, laurel and loquat, providing pleasant green and shaded areas for reading, sunbathing or simply relaxing outdoors.

Villa L'Antica Torre is an independent residence within a recently renovated and fully fenced family property.

Beyond the gardens, the property is surrounded by olive groves, chestnut trees and cultivated land. The surrounding mountains create a peaceful natural setting, ideal for walking, hiking, mountain biking or simply enjoying the landscape, plants and abundant birdlife.

Nearby you will also find local wine producers and small, characteristic restaurants where you can discover authentic Ligurian cuisine.

Just above the property lies the medieval village of Velva, with its ancient church, stone arches and traditional paved stairways. From there, a beautiful panorama opens over the green valley towards the distant Ligurian Sea.
