Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in het mooie en goed onderhouden huis. Wij waren er met de auto naar toe gereden , maar een auto is wel een must als je op deze prachtige wil verblijven en toch ook eens een uitstap wil doen Zwembad werd om de 3 dagen zeer goed onderhouden zodat wij altijd in mooi water konden zwemmen. Huis werd ook gekuist zodat wij een echt vakantie hebben gehad

Schönes Haus mit Verbesserungspotential

Vermieterin ist OK, sie reagierte immer auf die Whatsapp Nachrichten. Die Baustelle nebenan war ab Morgens schon immer sehr störend. Hornissen an der Ausswenwand frassen sich durch das Badezimmer, was wohl schon vor unserer Ankunft bemerkt wurde (Loch wurde mit Papier und Zahnpasta geflickt). Die Tiere wurde dann leider von der Vermietung getötet. Der Garten ist super und auch der Pool (beheizt wäre es noch angenehmer gewesen). Es gibt Platz für 2 Autos und die Zimmer sind geräumig. Wie jedoch 10 Leute dort Platz haben sollen, war uns ein Rätsel. Der Kühlschrank und die Küche sind wirklich gut. Es gibt genug Platz und Utensilien, um sich italienische Köstlichkeiten zu zaubern. Alles in Allem....OK.

Haus ist sehr groß!!! Garten und Pool sind ein Traum!… Liegen bekamen wir erst auf hartnäckige Nachfrage!… die waren sehr bequem!!!… besser als manche Matratzen!!! Der Wohnbereich bräuchte dringend neue Couchen… liegt nur Leintuch auf alten Couchen!!! Viertes Schlafzimmer ist nur ein Abstellraum im Spitzdach mit zwei kleinen Kinderbetten! Wir hatten zwei Spitzenköche dabei die mit der Küche und den Utensilien sehr zufrieden waren!! Ideal wäre das Haus für 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kids!!! Wir hatten tolle Tage und würden das Haus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen… schon alleine wegen dem tollen Garten und dem schönen Freisitz!!! Danke 🤩!!!!

Schönes Haus mit tollem Grundstück

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus auf grossem sehr gut gestalteten Grundstück. Alles sehr gepflegt mit Zwischenreinigung 2x pro Woche. Insgesamt gute Lage um die Region zwischen Genua und Pisa zu erkunden. Auto wird unbedingt benötigt. Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern im 1. Obergeschoss. Zusätzlich gibt es unter dem Dach noch weitere 2 Schlafplätze und eine Schlafcouch.
