This ground floor, corner unit is perfectly situated and offers breathtaking panoramic ocean views from the patio, living room, and even the dining room table! As a guest here, enjoy free wireless internet as well.

Off the patio is an open lawn-- perfect for children to play in sight. The car-free beach is also very family friendly, since you won't have to worry about traffic when you're shell-hunting, tossing the football or building sand castles on the wide, open, white sandy beach.

From the king size bed in the master bedroom you can see the sea! Watch your favorite shows on the 50" UHD Smart TV or watch the waves roll in- it's your choice when you’re a guest at this beautiful beach home. The master bedroom’s ceiling fan will keep you cool after a long day in the hot Florida sun. The attached master bathroom has a shower with a glass sliding door.

The second bedroom mirrors the light and airy feeling of the master with its light walls and coastal decor. Two twin beds and a 40" HD Smart TV are provided so guests can fall asleep to their favorite shows. The nearby bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass door.

The kitchen at Sea Coast Gardens III Unit 101 is fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances necessary to prepare your vacation meals.

You'll often find yourself retreating to the beautifully decorated living room. Along with a stunning, wrap-around view of the ocean, this space is newly furnished with a leather, queen pull-out couch and leather reclining chairs. When you're not enjoying the serene view, you'll love watching movies on the 55" UHD TV.

The owners have even stocked the storage closet with a pop up tent, skim boards, boogie boards, reclining beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and a surfboard as well!

Packing and unpacking is easy here, since the first floor location negates the need for hauling your bags and beach toys up and down the stairs or the elevator. Parking is just steps away.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
