We come to New Smyrna Beach every year, but this was by far our best trip yet thanks to this amazing house. Being right on the beach for our toddler while also having a yard for our dog to play was a dream. We barely even went down to the beach because the deck was such a perfect place to spend the day.I’m usually a little anxious arriving at rentals, wondering if the pictures will match reality, but this home exceeded expectations. It was updated, very clean, and made for an unforgettable family vacation.

This location was perfect for a teacher-friend Spring Break getaway! It was easy to rent bikes to ride along the beach, walk to restaurants, and the beach is right outside your back door! The back deck has amazing sunrises to enjoy your coffee!

Lovely updated, very clean beach cottage. Beautiful deck overlooking the ocean for which we spent much time. Well appointed and stocked with all amenities one could want from beach towels, chairs, coffees & teas, toiletries, etc. The kitchen was beautifully appointed with high end appliances.
