Tout s est déroulé parfaitement.Très bon rapport qualité prix. Concernant le parking, c est vrai que c est dommage de ne pouvoir se garer devant la maison mais il y a toujours une place à 10m voir 50 un petit parking. Et pour charger/décharger rapidement on peut rester sur le début de la place. Quelques mauvaises odeurs de remontées d égout....niveau de la mer.... Que nous avons maîtrisées avec de l encens sauge blanche.

No está mal , si vas en coche mejor , el sofá del salón huele muy mal , la playa que está cerca no sirve , es decir, llena de algas y prácticamente no te puedes meter.Si buscas algo barato está bien y pasar unos días, justo al lado está el club náutico que no está nada mal para ir a tomar algo

Me gustó mucho la localización del apartamento. Cerca de la playa y del centro del pueblo. Y la zona muy tranquila. Ideal para niños y como en nuestro caso mascotas

La casa era amplia y cómoda, pero un olor a perro y a humedad que no se podía estar. El estado de los mubles, colchones, sabanas y mantas era deplorable. Por suerte estuvimos muy poco tiempo. No se puede poner en alquiler una propiedad en este estado.

Location difficile à trouver: merci G.P.S. . Porte impossible à fermer à clef malgré l'affirmation du propriétaire. Appartement vieillot, très forte odeur d'égout dans les salles de bain, exécrable surtout par temps humide (une salle de bain condamnée) wifi minime et souvent longuement défectueux (24 h.); accès "parking" devant la location avec trottoir de 20 cm donc 4/4 pour se garer sinon c'est à 100 m voir plus loin. PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN ou gâchez vos vacances. =========================================

HEMOS SIDO UNA FAMILIA, AL FINAL DE SIETE MIEMBROS, 5 ADULTOS Y 2 MENORES (NOS FALLO UNA PERSONA QUE NO PUDO VENIR). DECIROS QUE EL APARTAMENTO ES APTO PARA FAMILIAS O GRUPOS GRANDES, YA QUE A PARTE DE TENER TRES HABITACIONES Y UNA DE ELLAS CON TRES CAMAS CUENTA CON DOS BAÑOS COMPLETOS, ES DECIR PUEDES ASEARTE Y ADEMAS DUCHARTE EN LOS DOS. COSA MUY PRACTICA CUANDO SOMOS GRUPOS GRANDES. LA COCINA ESTA EQUIPADA DE TODO, ESO SI YO LE PONDRIA UNOS VASOS PARA TOMARTE UNAS COPITAS( PERO ESO YA ES PARA AFINAR MAS CON UN PELIN DE INVERSION, VAMOS UN PEQUEÑO CONSEJO QUE EN NINGUN MOMENTO PRETENDO OFENDER ) TIENE UNA TERRAZA-BALCON DELANTERA PARA SENTARTE A TOMARTE ALGO CON VISTAS A LA PLAYA Y SE ESTA DE ESCANDALO. Un mois à Los Nietos

Un petit village typique resté dans son jus ce qui lui confère un charme certain. La maison est très agréable grace à son patio et à la circulation de l'air. Seul grand point noir la qualité des matelas... et pour le coup cela devrait être la qualité première d'une location.

Die ganze Wohnung ist verschimmelt stinkt es und die Bettwäsche nicht sauber. In der Küche gibt es nicht ausreichend Geschirr der Grill verdreckt nicht sauber gemacht. Im Großen und Ganzen würde ich keinem empfehlen die Ferien dort zu verbringen.

Estupenda casa🤩

La comunicación con el propietario ha sido estupenda, muy agrandables. Buena limpieza del piso, tb tiene una buena localización 🤩 Lo único que cambiaría son los muebles que para mis gusto son un poco antiguos, Pero aún así la casa es bastante amplia y está limpio todo.

Lugar confortable y bonita decoracion

Ha sido fenomenal. A unos metros del Mar menor. La zona es tranquila esta en un lugar bastante céntrico, cercano al supermercado, bares, churreria etc. Es un lugar ideal para desconectar y pasar vacaciones o escapadas a tu rollo y lejos de bullicios. Los aparcamientos relativamente cercanos Tambien a mano para práctica de deportes acuaticos como Padlet Surf o Snorkel. Y muy cerca de Cabo de Palos, la Manga y otros pueblos y otras playas del entorno. El piso muy acogedor, limpio y bien preparado, la zona muy tranquila, La terraza es ideal y la decoracion muy original. Un lugar ideal. En general estupendo y el propietario muy amable y servicial.
