The apartment does not occupy the house alone (there are 2 cottages and I live there, on another facade), the outside staircase is steep (we are in the mountains). Wifi is sometimes "capricious" ( natural park of Verdon)
In summer: the benefits of any shops nearby (bread, wood-fired pizzas, restaurant and takeaway, evenings, laundry ...) no drawback of noise ... tranquility assured

Die Lage ist toll und das Objekt eigentlich großartig. „Eigentlich“, weil es so unglaublich schlecht gerochen hat. Es gab in dem kl. Raum drei Duftaufsteller (auch chemische), die das Ganze keineswegs besser gemacht haben und darauf schließen lassen, dass das Problem bekannt ist. Die Vermieterin war sehr überrascht und zu keinem Treffen oder pers. Gespräch bereit. Sehr schade, weil die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sehr nett war. Abgesehen vom Geruch würde eine Erneuerung der zusammen gewürfelten, alten und beschädigten Möbel so viel ausmachen. Wir waren in der Vergangenheit viel unterwegs, hauptsächlich Camper und recht abgehärtet aber das war leider eine nicht sehr schöne Erfahrung. Ansonsten ist die Lage, das Haus mit der tollen Terrasse und Aussicht sowie die Umgebung einfach großartig.

Nuitée bien trop chère pour un confort à améliorer !

En louant, je pensais que le cadre serait bien mieux. Certes il y a une terrasse agréable mais avec une végétation telle devant que les vues sont très limitées. Le ruisseau qui coule en bas est invisible. A l'intérieur, c'est très spartiate avec comme lit, un clic-clac en bas, et en haut dans une mezzanine plutôt réduite, un sommier et un matelas jetés à même le sol. En terme d'équipements là aussi c'est le minimum avec par exemple aucun torchon et pas de bouilloire pour se faire chauffer un peu d'eau. Ajoutons que l'accès à la maison est difficile pour des personnes âgées comme nous de plus de 70 ans même quant on est en forme car trop loin du parking et avec un escalier très raide où monter des valises devient un exercice sportif et périlleux. L'escalier qui monte à la mezzanine est également difficile car il s'agit d'une simple échelle aux barreaux plutôt étroits. Tout ça pour dire que nous avons trouvé le prix des nuitées très chères par rapport au confort global car spartiate. Par bonheur, nous avons passé 3j à découvrir les Gorges du Verdon en long et en large et ce fut un émerveillement permanent.

Belle photo de l’extérieur c’est tout pour le reste on se gare sur un petit parking dans le champ, on monte un petit raidillon d’une vingtaine de mètres et un escalier en bois qui est assez raide, une personne âgée ne peut pas le monter, et arrivé en haut un deuxième studio qui se trouve collé au nôtre…. Heureusement que les autres locataires étaient sympathique mais quand même… sinon a l’intérieur c’est pas terrible, Je trouve qu’il y a un problème avec le papier wc qu’il faut mettre dans une poubelle….. malgré une fosse septique. Sinon belle tranquillité.

Gîte niché au milieu des montagnes, une terrasse avec une vue époustouflante, le cours d eau qui coule au pied du logement est très apaisant. La situation géographique du gite est idéale pour des départs de randonnées et la route d accès aux villages alentours est magnifique . La propriétaire est à l écoute de nos besoins et donne volontiers de précieux conseils de rando, elle nous a ainsi permis de découvrir le lac d Allos , un endroit préservé !

La situation du studio est charmante, belle vue, sauvage, à côté d'un ruisseau. Equipement du studio rustique mais correct. Literie confortable pour 2. Un bémol sur la propreté (housse de matelas ou plaid, toilettes). Manque de produits ménagers. En conclusion, de grosses qualités au logement mais je l'ai trouvé trop cher par rapport aux prestations.

A beautiful place in the middle of nature

My partner and I had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. Having dinner and breakfast on the terrace each day was so nice. A great base to do all the hikes in the gorges du verdon area. Would definitely stay again.

Nettes kleines Appartement in perfekter Lage, toller balkon

Kleines einraumappartement mit gemütlichem hochbett (allerdings steile Treppe!). Küche gut ausgestattet. Klein aber sehr fein. Für 2 Personen ideal. Schlafplätze für 4 bis maximal 5 Personen vorhanden, aber alles in einem Raum. Toller Balkon mit Blick in die Berge und rauschen eines kleinen baches! Total idyllisch! Sonne im September von morgens bis ca 16.00 Uhr. Appertement am besten für 2 leute ohne gehbehinderung geeignet. Auch für grössere hunde dürfte die treppe ein problem sein. Appartement grenzt an ein benachbartes 2. Appartement, welches einen eigenen balkon hat. Verdon in 150m zugänglich über nahe gelegenen Campingplatz. Am campingplatz kann man baguette/croissants auf vorbestellung am Vortag bekommen. Nächster grosser supermarkt (casino) 8 km entfernt in castellane (Sehr schöner ort). Tolle Wanderungen in der Nähe (z.b. col de le leques: 8 km Rundweg, 400 Höhenmeter, 3,5 h).

un appartement très fonctionnel, dont la vue est magnifique. L'environnement isolé de la route est très appréciable ainsi que la proximité de la rivière. Nous avons bénéficié d'un très bon accueil et de nombreux conseils de visites. Un grand merci à sa propriétaire, nous conseillons vivement cette location. Au plaisir .

Alles geschönt! Schon der Titel ist falsch, hier handelt es sich NICHT um ein ,,kleines Landhaus"!!!

Wir vergeben einen Stern wegen der großartigen Lage und der wunderschönen Terrasse... ABER: Wenn wir gewußt hätten, daß wir uns die Terrasse teilen müssen und daß es sich hier keinesfalls - wie beschrieben - um ein kleines Landhaus handelt, sondern um eines von zwei winzigen Appartements im Haus der Vermieterin - hätten wir diese Unterkunft keinesfalls gebucht! In dem Fall dieser Unterkunft ist es tatsächlich so, daß alle schlechten Bewertungen absolut zutreffend sind und wir uns wundern, wie sie an einen Gesamtschnitt von 4,6 von 5 Sternen gekommen ist! Normalerweise gibt es ja immer Leute, die unzufrieden sind, jedoch ist die Unzufriedenheit hier vollkommen berechtigt: Andrea M., im Juli 2018: „Der Ausblick von der etwas morschen Terrasse ist wirklich herrlich, ebenso die Gegend. Die Einrichtung ist ausreichend, entspricht aber nicht den angegebenen Merkmalen (kein W-Lan, kein Grill, keine Schaukel usw.). Der Aufstieg zu Terrasse und Wohnung ist sehr steil und für größere Hunde eigentlich nicht zu bewältigen. […] Das Grundstück beginnt zu vermüllen. Unter anderem ziert ein Autowrack die Landschaft ebenso ein ausrangierter, verdreckter Wohnwagen. […]“ Stimmt! W-LAN hatten wir ca. alle drei Tage für wenige Stunden mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 6 mbit! Einen Grill haben wir nicht gesehen. Eine Schaukel ist nicht vorhanden, da überhaupt kein Garten vorhanden ist. Der Aufstieg ist soooo steil, daß es sich eher um eine Leiter als eine Treppe handelt und für Hunde überhaupt nicht zu bewältigen ist! Wir hatten zwei sehr kleine Hunde dabei, die wir auf einem Arm tragen konnten und uns somit mit der anderen Hand festhalten konnten. Das Autowrack und der Wohnwagen waren immer noch vor Ort… Wir können die Unterkunft höchstens für ein völlig fittes studentisches Pärchen für wenige Tage empfehlen, keinesfalls für Familien! Dafür ist sie viel zu klein und zu gefährlich. Bei dem „Zwischengeschoss“ handelt es sich allenfalls um ein Hochbett, das über eine Leiter zu erreichen ist. Für Kinder ist dies aber aufgrund der fehlenden Sicherung absolut nicht zu empfehlen, man riskiert, daß sie durch das Loch im Boden eine Etage nach unten stürzen. Eine Aussicht auf einen Fluss ist ebenfalls nicht gegeben, ebenso wenig wie der Zugang zum Verdon in einer Entfernung von 150 m. An all diesen Tatsachen ändern auch die heftigen Dementierungsversuche der Vermieterin nach jeder schlechten Bewertung nichts.

Great place and base for exploring the Verdon Gorge!

The apartment is comfortable for 2 people, might get a little cramp if you stay here with more for a longer time. But you should not be inside anyway as there are many great hiking trails to explore and activities to undertake. The camping ground nearby has a little shop for necessities and Castellane is a short drive away, which is a great town with a big supermarket. It was amazing to be able to stay in the middle of the park. Would definitely recommend!

Sehr schöne Lage

Der Ausblick von der etwas morschen Terrasse ist wirklich herrlich, ebenso die Gegend. Die Einrichtung ist ausreichend, entspricht aber nicht den angegebenen Merkmalen (kein W-Lan, kein Grill, keine Schaukel usw.). Der Aufstieg zu Terrasse und Wohnung ist sehr steil und für größere Hunde eigentlich nicht zu bewältigen. Aus dem Bad kommt ein modriger Geruch. Die Gegend leidet unter einem Massenaufkommen von Fliegen. Außer den Resten einer Fliegenklatsche gab es keine Abwehrmaßnahmen (keine Gage an Fenster oder Tür). Das Grundstück beginnt zu vermüllen. Unter anderem ziert ein Autowrack die Landschaft ebenso ein ausrangierter, verdreckter Wohnwagen. Achtung bei der Übergabe! Die Vermieterin hat im Nachhinein mehr als ein Viertel der Kaution für einen defekten TV-Decoder einbehalten, dessen Nichtfunktion von uns nicht bemerkt wurde, weil wir ihn nur am Anfang der Ferienwoche benutzten. Bei der Schlüsselrückgabe waren keine Schäden festgestellt worden.

Tolle, ruhige Lage/ freundliche Vermieterin

Kleines Landhaus bzw. kleine Wohnung mit ausreichender, praktischer Ausstattung. Mitten in der Natur und von der Terrasse aus tollen Blick in die Berge. Der Bach vor dem Haus rauscht in beruhigender Weise. Sehr ruhig und gute Basis für Tagesausflüge und Touren. WLAN ging in dieser Zeit nicht. War uns aber recht, da wir die Natur genießen wollten.Sat-Fernsehen war ohne Probleme möglich. Es diente als Internetersatz wegen Wetterbericht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gab bei Ankunft einige Infos zur Umgebung.
