This is a fantastic and different form of seeing Mallorca, ecological and fun... the perfect combination! The house has free internet Wi-Fi and is located between Campos and Santanyi. It is available for 8 people and a baby.
It is a house with 4 double bedrooms and private pool, a 28.000 m² plot in a quiet, private place with beautiful views. It has a large kitchen. The villa is located in the south of Majorca, 15 minutes by car to the beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Colonia de Sant Jordi. Distance to the airport: 35 km.
New construction and consists of 250 m². It is located on a field, very calm and ideal for children. We recommend visiting one of the weekly markets that take place in the small villages nearby, or taking a refreshing swim in the crystal clear water of such magnificent natural beaches as Es Trenc, Ses Covetes.
The lovers of golf will find it only 15 km to the beautiful golf course: Son Antem. The house is located some 4 km from the town of Campos. In Campos you will find all the services: supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, restaurants, banks etc.

€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).
