This spacious accommodation, with plenty of storage (cupboards / wardrobes) is located due south. Bright, pleasant overall.
On the garden level: (no stairs: disabled access with reduced mobility).
It is composed of a fitted kitchen with its independent cellar / laundry room, a living room / living room (click-clack for 2 people), bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, direct access to private garage.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms. One of 30 m² with large terrace (open view of the surrounding countryside), 140 bed plus an extra bed in 70. In the second bedroom: two 90 cm beds. Bathroom and separate toilet.
Access by private road, parking, fenced and shaded courtyard, quiet, not overlooked. Adjoining owner's home.
Close to all shops, various sporting activities, municipal swimming pool 800 m away.
