Apartment with beautiful views to the sea, in upper floor there are 3bedrooms (one with a double bed and balcony, other with two singlebeds and the third bedroom with a single bed), 2 bathrooms, downstairsyou will find open kitchen to living-room, toilet, nice terrace withtable and chairs where you can enjoy eating listening and viewing thesea.

Equipment: Flat TV 42’, satellite TV, washing machine.

Kitchen equipment: 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dish-washer,combi refrigerator, blender, juicer and all the equipment that has ahouse now days.

El Porís is a small village on the seashore, with pleasant weather all year round, ideal for adventurous people, hiking or cycling and for all those who want to enjoy Tenerife from a well connected site and easy access to the TF-1 motorway.One minute walk from the apartment you will find Porís beach and about 15 minutes walk to La Punta beach.

Great apartment and wonderful location

We had a wonderful week at the apartment, it is in a great location with a fantastic view from the terrace. It is quiet and very convenient for getting onto the motorway to explore the rest of the island. Poris de Abona is very small and quiet which suited us. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment and a lovely tapas bar down on the beach. The apartment had everything we needed and it was very relaxing to sit on the terrace, we did not use the communal pool but it looked very nice. One minor criticism - perhaps the apartment could be a little less personal, there are a lot of the owner's possessions around and large family photographs on every wall, but other than that we loved it and would definitely return.

Die FeWo ist sehr schön gelegen. Den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen und das Meer rauschen zu hören, erzeugt sofort Urlaubsfeeling.Die Innenausstattung ist komfortabel, man hat drei Toiletten und ein Bidet. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über ausreichend Geschirr, wenn auch einiges schon ganz schön alt ist. Dafür gibt es zwei Kühlschränke, die auch im Sommer keine Wünsche offen lassen.Ärgerlich waren die schwergängige Terrassentür und die Ausstattung der Terrasse. Die Loungegarnitur auf den Fotos ist nicht mehr da, Liegestühle gibt es nicht und die Beschattung ist mit einem kleinen Sonnenschirm unzureichend. Außerdem war der Poolbereich komplett abgeräumt, so dass man sich auch dort nicht in die Sonne legen konnte. In der Wohnung gibt es auch keine Klimatisierung. Das könnte im Sommer wegen der Wärme und im Winter wegen kühler Tage bemerkbar machen. Wir haben im Dezember auf den Kanaren auch schon gefroren.Wenn diese Dinge behoben werden, könnte man locker 5 Sterne plus geben. Das Örtchen ist nett, es gibt zwei kleine Supermärkte, beide zu Fuß erreichbar, und ebenfalls zwei Kneipchen in der Nähe. Wenn man abends aber etwas erleben will, muss man mit dem Mietwagen, für den es einen TG-Stellplatz gibt, wegfahren.Alles in allem trotz des Jammerns "auf hohem Niveau" eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir bisher gemietet haben.

Een aangenaam vakantiehuis

Een zeer ruim huis met een prachtig uitzicht in een gemoedelijk dorp aan zee. Een ideale plek voor tochtjes over het eiland. 's Avonds ook nog fijn op het ruime terras. Wij hebben enorm genoten samen met onze zoon en gezin. Zeker een plek om naar terug te keren. Wij konden alleen de link voor het inchecken niet openen, maar alles kwam goed met een telefoontje.

Très chouette terrasse

Appartement très bien agencé dans une résidence avec une très belle piscine. Elle était juste glacée en ce mois de mai. L’appartement est très agréable à vivre. Les environs de la résidence ne sont pas soignés, seul bémol.

Great apartment with great view

Very nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen, big living room and big terrace. Very comfortable and quiet (at least in March). Poris de Abona is also a very small and quiet place with cosy restaurants. In case you will need it the internet connection was very good (direct fibre connection).

Ruhige Unterkunft fern ab vom Massentourismus

Wir waren mit vier Personen hier im Dezember 2019. Kleiner Ort mit nahe gelegenen Supermarkt und einem einheimischen Café/Restaurant am Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt trotz der 120 Treppenstufen zum Ort. Gerne wieder. Guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Mietwagen notwendig.

Appartement hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, leider etwas abgewohnt, vor allem die Terassenausstattung ist erneuerungsbedürftig. Warmwasser nur an sonnigen Tagen. Sonderkosten für deutsches TV ist nicht üblich und daher äusserst fragwürdig ?

Urlaub mit Freundinnen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren 4 Freundinnen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Treppen zum kleinen netten Hafen sind kein Problem. Am besten hat uns die Terrasse mit Meerblick gefallen. Sie ist perfekt zum Frühstücken da sie schon morgens Sonne hat. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen .

Heel verzorgde en comfortabele ruime woning met goede ligging.

Echte aanrader! We waren met 5 en hadden een formidabele week hier. Tof dorp, golvende oceaan om te zwemmen op 3 minuten. Makkelijke uitvalbasis voor autorit naar andere plekken op het eiland. Er is hier zo veel moois qua dorpen en natuur. We kregen er niet genoeg van en vertrekken met spijt in het hart maar wel met zalige herinneringen en foto's .

Wunderschönes Appartement mit fantastischen Meerblick!

wir möchten uns bedanken für den schönen Urlaub! Wir kennen und lieben El Poris schon seit Jahr 2003 und haben unsere 2 Wochen, wie auch jedes Jahr, sehr genossen. El Poris ist ein kleiner Fischerdorf und liegt weitab vom Massentourismus. Der kleine Hafen mit Sonnenterrassen aus Stein, Leitern und Treppen ins Meer und einem kleinem Badestrand mit schwarzem Sand ist sehr idyllisch und ideal für alle, die Ruhe genießen wollen. Eine kleine Strand Bar und kanarischer süßer Opa mit Kiosk versüßen den Genuss. Der Ort hat aber sonst alle Einrichtungen, was man benötigt... zwei gut bestückte Supermärkte oben und unten im Dorf, Apotheke, Bank. Ein Auto ist aber zu empfehlen. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr sauber. Der großer Pool ist 1,20 m tief und auch gut, wer mag. Die viele (144) Treppen nach unten ins Dorf... wer etwas sportlich haben will :-) Das Appartement ist sehr gut eingerichtet, nur paar Kleinigkeiten, haben uns gefehlt: - wir waren insgesamt 6 Personen und ein Duschtuch pro Person war doch etwas knapp ein Badetuch mehr für Pool evtl.? - SAT-TV nur spanisch? Die Kinder waren erstmal etwas traurig... paar deutsche Sender evtl.? - Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, aber da wir in der Regel auch selber Kochen, haben uns paar Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen.... z,B. Pfannen gab' s genug, aber die kaputte Beschichtung?... evtl. ein Sparschäler? ... Kaffeemaschine?.... Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße!

Tolles Apartment mit Supermeerblick in kleinerer Ortschaft

Das Apartment hat uns allen dreien sehr gut gefallen. Großzügiger Ess/Wohnraum, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Drei Bäder und soger insgesamt 4 Duschen ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die riesige Terrasse mit dem Meerblick und dem kleinen Hafen direkt vor der Anlage ist an jedem Morgen wieder eine Freude. Der Ort selbst ist unspektakulär, vor allem aber offensichtlich nicht von Touristen überlaufen. Wer kilometerlange und überlaufene und mit Hotelbetonburgen gesäumte Strände sucht, ist hier verkehrt und sollte etwas weiter in den Süden fahren. Poris Abona liegt recht zentral auf der Insel, sodass man von hier aus recht gut die guten und wichtigen Ziele ansteuern kann. Das Apartment in Poris Abona würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

wunderschöne Ferien hatten wir.

Schönes und sonniges Appartement, gut eigerichtet. Drinnen und draussen gute Sitzmöglichkeiten. Vorher hatten wir durch die Fotos von der Terrasse den Eindruck dass wir direct an den Atlantik sassen.... Es wäre besser die vielen Treppen vorher zu melden. Ich habe das nur einmal gelesen. Zwar kann man einen kleinen Umweg machen aber mehr als 100 Stufen sind nicht wenig. Wir haben nicht finden können wohin man gehen kann falls man einen Arzt besuchen will/muss. Das müsste unbedingt in dem Appartement zu finden sein, finden wir. Vielleicht auch noch weitere Alarmnummern? Leider hat mein Schwager weniger gut geschlafen, weil die Matratze so hart war. Vielleicht können Sie , wenn Sie mal wechseln müssen damit ein bißchen rechnen? Fast vergessen : ein Glas ( mit Fuss) ist gebrochen. Weiter nichts passiert. Sogar die Terraskissen haben wir über Nacht drinnen gelegt.

Ruime woning met prachtig uitzicht op zee

De woning in Poris de Abona maakt deel uit van een complex van woningen met een eigen zwembad. Tijdens ons verblijf in december was het er erg rustig. De zee met een klein strand ligt op enkele minuten lopen (rechtstreeks met een vrij lange stenen trap). De woning is prachtig gelegen met een heerlijk terras, ruim en ligt gunstig ten opzichte van luchthaven en bezienswaardigheden. In Poris de Abona zijn 2 kleine winkels waar de dagelijkse boodschappen voor het eten gedaan kunnen worden en enkele café's/bars. In de nabije omgeving zijn grote supermarkten aanwezig. El Medano biedt voldoende keuze om uit te eten. Minpunt was het niet beschikbaar zijn van wifi. Sylvia Saéz, de beheerder van de woning, reageert adequaat op vragen. Tenerife is zeker niet alleen voor zonaanbidders een bezoek waard. Prachtige landschappen.
