Villa with PRIVATE HEATED POOL and terrace, situated inside a Banana Plantation with a resort of 12 small houses on the very south of Tenerife. Situated on an extremely quiet part of Las Galletas, it is a very quiet place to stay, but close to everywhere: the long avenues in Las Galletas, the golf courses and Los Abrigos fishing village, the best place on the island to enjoy the fresh fish restaurants. At walking distance you can find a couple supermarkets, a bakery, a butchery and several restaurants, being very famous the mexican one. There is a bus stop and taxi stop nearby, but a car is very useful if you wish to move. The villa is Independent from the other standard houses from the Little resort but you can access to the large heated pool 13 m x 5 m, a barbacue and paddle court in the middle of a old banana plantation that has been there for more than 100 years. Wi-fi. The house has got also a solárium on the roof. The house has not got a washing machine, but accces to an utility room. The air conditioned consist on portable electric freshers and the heating consist on portable electric heaters. The wifi speed is 30 Mb both for downloading and uploading

Loved this villa, was very spacious, great pool and communal area. Perfect for couples or families. Fantastic host very good communication to make everything simple to check in and great at keeping us upto date throughout trip. Will definitely book again.

Great place to stay.

Beautiful setting and lovely property. Loved the uniqueness of living amongst the banana plantation. Nice and quiet, private and relaxing .Was great to have the small pool in the house as well as the communal pool. Really appreciated on check out day the chance to stay on site as our flight wasn't until the early evening. Only very small downside that prevented it being 5 stars for everything was that we were supposed to get clean towels after 3 days but had none replaced for the pool or our property other than that , was a fabulous holiday. Thank you. We'd love to come again.

Entspannung pur !!!

Das Objekt war wie beschrieben und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Pool wurde alle drei Tage gereinigt, jedoch das Haus in den zwei Wochen nicht einmal. Wenigstens die Bettwäsche könnte in zwei Wochen mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Handtuchwechsel klappte nicht wie zuvor beschrieben und wir mussten diese selbst tauschen. Der eigene Pool war mit ca. 30° sehr angenehm. Am großen Pool konnte man auch sehr gut verweilen und dieser war mit über 30° sehr warm./sehr gepflegt Ansonsten fanden wir den Aufenthalt als sehr entspannend. Aufgrund der Bananenplantage sind dort sehr viele Fliegen!!! Alles in allem ist ein Urlaub auf der Bananenplantage zu empfehlen!

Tolle Kommunikation - Schönes Ferienhaus mit leider zu kaltem Pool

Wir buchten dieses Haus aufgrund des Inserates mit beheizbarem Pool. Da aber aufgrund von Unwettern die Heizanlagen des Pools ausfielen, waren jeden Tag Handwerker in unserem Garten und versuchten es zu reparieren. Am ersten Tag hatten wir auch kein warmes fließendes Wasser, was aber 24 Stunden später behoben war. Alle Probleme konnten wir gut kommunizieren und es wurde versucht, alles gleich zu lösen. Die Unterkunft war großzügig mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man braucht. (wie im Inserat beschrieben) Die Lage ist herrlich von einer Bananenplantage umgeben, auf die man auch einen tollen Blick aus den Fenstern hatte. Leider war es mit unserem einjährigen Kind nicht möglich in einen unbeheizten Pool zu gehen und somit verkürzten wir unseren Aufenthalt und bekamen das Geld für die restlichen Tage zurück, sowie eine weitere Erstattung für den unbenutzbaren Pool. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und verdient 5 Sterne. Ein Stern Abzug aufgrund der Pool-Sache.

Un lieu magique....

Tout est parfait, maison, extérieur, ... , la végétation, la bananeraie, les piscines, les oiseaux... une véritable oasis. Tous les ingrédients pour passer un excellent séjour ! Le personnel sur place est très gentil et bienveillant, merci Marcos :) Merci également à Ana. La maison est très bien aménagée pour une personne en fauteuil roulant, très spacieuse, très bien décorée et équipée d'une salle aménagée PMR... Nous avons une suggestion concernant la piscine privée : installer une rampe pour améliorer l'accessibilité au bassin, comme c'est le cas pour la grande piscine commune:) En résumé, nous avons hâte d'y retourner:)

Lovely little villa with great communal area too

We had a great week in April 2022. The villa is just as photographed, the heated pool in the garden was a great bonus and the communal area and large pool is also lovely. We ended up driving out for dinner most nights to Los Abrigos and Costa Adeje because they are more scenic than the restaurants you can walk to, but everything is nearby if needed. We would stay again.

Top für Urlaub mit der Familie!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist Teil einer Anlage mit mehreren kleinen Ferienhäusern die aber nicht besonders viel gebucht waren. Unser Haus ist das einzige mit einem Pool in dieser Anlage was die Sache sehr bequem gemacht hat. Der Pool ist zwar klein aber für unsere Kinder war er ideal, da beheizt. So konnten sie den ganzen Tag da drin planschen während wir auf der Terrasse gesessen haben. Die Ausstattung im Inneren ist okay aber bei dem Preis kann man auch ein bisschen mehr erwarten. Die Küche zum Beispiel fällt extrem klein aus und bietet nur eine Basis Ausstattung. Da habe ich bei dieser Preisklasse auch schon höherwertigere Ausstattung erlebt. Daher hier einen Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten hat alles super geklappt, alle waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden wohl wieder einmal dieses Objekt buchen.

cottage op een bananenplantage

We hebben het goed gesteld in ons huisje. Het privé zwembad was wat kleiner dan gedacht. Maar het grote gemeenschappelijke zwembad heeft veel goed gemaakt. Leuke, rustige omgeving. Het huisje was comfortabel, en voorzien van het meeste noodzakelijke comfort.
