Lovely villa in great location with views from every room!

Wonderful communication with the owner from beginning to end at this most clean, well stocked comfortable home in the best location for quiet relaxation for the seniors and game tables and large pool for the younger of us. The village of Vence surprised us with its convenient location for market runs and restaurants. Vence’ proximity to the coast allowed for multiple day trips for tennis camp, museums and beach trips. We were 7 in all in full agreement that we had the best time staying in Vence st this wonderful property. Thank you, Patrick!

Its just what I'd hoped for

This property is back in the back of a neighorhood in Tourettes sur loup but very close to Vence for shopping. In France if you are a U.S. driver you need to rent a car, this is necessary because of where it is.....but. it was a fun place with an expression on outdoors. Behind the property is a hiking trail that has workout equiptment along the path. If you are into hardcore biking, this place would be ideal as you are up in the mountains. It has a washer and dryer and good internet connection. Patrick is a patient host as I had a few issues figuring out how to work things. Overall it was a very good experience.

Tolles Haus mit großem Pool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Patricks Haus jederzeit genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Pool, Grill, Sonnenschirme, zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Chillen, Essen oder einfach nur draußen oder drinnen zusammen sitzen und natürlich einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Patrick war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns Ausflugstipps für Vence und Umgebung gegeben.

Séjour très agréable. Les aménagements extérieurs nous ont permis de nous occuper et de passer du temps ensemble quand nous n'avions pas envie de faire des excursions. Logement à conseiller pour une famille de 8 à 9 personnes.

Quirky & beautiful villa

A quirky and very attractive villa, nicely located between a medieval village & a medieval town, in peaceful countryside. Very well-equipped, with a great swimming pool & table tennis table! The owner, Patrick, was very welcoming & helpful, and provided both a cot & a highchair for my granddaughter. There are lovely woods for walking backing on to the villa, and a Carrefour & a village bakery a short drive away. Nice is only 25-30 minutes drive away, and the beach at Cagnes sur Mer only 15 minutes. There are lovely large stone tables for eating outside, and excellent parasols & shaded seating areas. Our party of 6 adults & a baby were easily able to self-cater, but excellent restaurants were also to be found within 10-15 minutes drive.All in all, we had a wonderful time.
