Very nice Savoyard style apartment of about 430 sq ft with terrace overlooking Mont Blanc and valley.
Classified 4 crystals Paradiski.
It is ideally located in the resort:
- near the shops (5-7 min),
- ski-in and ski-out in winter (+ ski access to the ESF less than 200 meters and 100 meters from the mini-club and kindergarten)
- near the golf course in summer.

Great Apartment at Les Arcs

very cozy and good equipped flat including garage very close from entrance. Spa - swimming pool was also a very fine added value. Prepare to go down and up walking when visiting the resort shop and restaurant center.We had a fantastic week and I absolutely recommend this experience to other travellers. Communication with owners has been excellent.

Nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires de l'appartement, car ils n'habitent pas dans la région, mais ce sont des gens charmants qui ont toujours répondu à nos questions et ont pris note, immédiatement, de nos problèmes à l'arrivée (vaisselle sale, plaqyes électriques dégoutantes, etc...). L'appartement est très agréable, avec une superbe vue depuis le balcon et l'équipement pour la cuisine (vaisselle, casserolles, ménagère, etc... est particulièrement bien fourni). Le garage couvert est plus qu'appréciable en cette saison hivernale très enneigée !!!

L’appartement est très bien, belle vue, bien aménagé. Mais je ne suis pas satisfaite du traitement de ma réclamation. La porte d’entrée ne fermait pas jusqu’au jeudi : 6 jours de stress jusqu’à la réparation. J’ai demandé une petite compensation financière avec la prise en charge du ménage final (120), j’ai reçu 40 avec un message laissant penser qu’il n’y avait pas de problème avec la porte car elle fermait la semaine précédente . Expérience très désagréable.

Appartement fonctionnel, propre et tres bien équipé (appareil à raclette, à fondue, rallonge, aspirateur, jeux de société...) qui bénéficie d'un beau balcon avec une magnifique vue et d'une place de parking ! La résidence est agréable avec piscine, sauna et un espace jeux dans le hall. 87 marches à descendre pour rejoindre le coeur de la station. Station très animée en ce mois d'août, nombreuses activité pour les enfants. Navettes gratuites pour rejoindre les Arcs 1600.

Appartement bien situé , un peu petit avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes !

L’appartement se trouve dans une résidence avec une belle piscine intérieure et sauna . Il est situé au 4eme étage , la pièce de vie est agréable mais les chambres sont petites surtout la 2eme qui donne sur le couloir ce qui a pour conséquence que celle-ci est toujours fermée . L’appartement est bien équipé cependant la réception de la télé est aléatoire . Nous avons cependant passé un agréable séjour . Il convient de noter le sérieux de la propriétaire qui suit bien ses locataires ..

Excellent séjour, l’appartement est cosy et bien équipé. A trois personnes nous étions bien installés. Belle résidence, bien située, départ et retour skis aux pieds et accessible à pied du centre tout en restant au calme. La procédure d’accès et très claire et les propriétaires très à l’écoute.

Noël en famille

Un très bel appartement très bien situé dans une résidence idéale pour la détente après ski (piscine sauna hammam ) Le petit plus la livraison du pain frais le matin ! Un personnel très sympathique à la réception (n'hésitez pas a leurs emprunter des jeux de société ) ainsi qu'à l'agence des propriétaires. Une très bonne communication avec les propriétaires et d'une très grande gentillesse que nous avons eu la joie de rencontrer à notre départ, encore merci pour nous avoir déposé au funiculaire avec toutes nos valises ! A recommander sans aucunes hésitations.

Joli appartement, spacieux et agréable avec son balcon et sa vue, ses deux salles de bain, son espace piscine, sauna et hammam. Tout pour se relaxer ! Facile d'accès en voiture et pour la dépose des bagages. Attention toutefois à la hauteur du garage de 1m90, en particulier pour les coffres de toit.

Très bon séjour au Chantel 2

Résidence au calme, située au dessus du village du Charvet (10 minutes à pieds), départ et retour skis aux pieds. L'appartement est très cosy, propre et très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Il est bien adapté pour 4 personnes mais me parait un peu juste au delà. La résidence est très chouette pour l'après ski (ou ceux qui ne skient pas) avec sa piscine chauffée, ses saunas et hammams ouverts jusqu'à 19h30. Les propriétaires ne sont pas sur place, c'est une conciergerie qui "gère" en cas de problème, cela m'a semblé plus compliqué qu'avec une agence. Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour en famille alliant ski et détente.

Prestations conforme à la présentation

L'appartement est conforme à la description faite sur l'annonce. Il offre des petits plus bien appréciable (résidence de qualité, piscine avec sauna et hamman, chauffe-chaussures dans le casier à ski, belle vue sur la vallée, ...). L'appartement est situé dans la résidence "Le Roselend", résidence Premium gérée par Pierre&Vacances, mais comme la location s'effectue directement avec le propriétaire certaines prestations nous ont été refusées (comme la livraison du pain frais le matin). Par contre, il est un peu excentré des pistes et du centre de la station. Il y a bien un accès "ski aux pieds" mais uniquement en pleine saison car dès que la neige est un peu moins présente il faut marcher, voir monter pour le retour. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, ainsi qu'avec la compagnie des propriétaires qui est en charge de donner les clés à l'arrivée et de faire l'état des lieux le jour du départ.
