Lovely holiday

We had a lovely stay at this property recently. It’s in a fantastic area, 20 mins walk from the centre of St Raphael, in its most exclusive area. The property itself was perfect for our requirements and the outside side space a pool area are great. Marie-Liane & Denis were very welcoming & attentive to our needs. We would definitely recommend & visit again.

This was our second visit to this property, and as last year everything was excellent.Communication with the owner Marie-Lianne is really good with prompt responses to all queries. On site we are cared for by Anna who is always very attentive and helpful even going as far as to pick us up from the station. The house is situated in a lovely,quiet residential area within walking distance of a small supermarket, cafe/restaurants and boulangerie. It is also only about 20 minutes walk to the town and sandy beach. It is comfortable and very clean. The garden and pool area is one of the nicest we've experienced.There are lots of areas to sit and plenty of access to shade when required. We look forward to our next visit.

Le Clos du Pin

We stayed at the villa for two weeks this July and it was an amazing holiday. The villa has everything you could want and the pool is perfect with many kids toys. The layout is child friendly and with a kitchen by the pool we were rarely indoors. The location was also great as it was a short walk to the shops and many beaches too. The owner provides wifi for those needing to check work and the villa was air conditioned. Would highly recommend it. Many thanks.

La villa possède tout ce que vous pourriez désirer et la piscine est parfaite avec beaucoup de jeux d’enfants. La disposition est agréable pour les enfants et avec la cuisine près de la piscine nous étions rarement à l’intérieur. La location était aussi super parce qu’elle était près des magasins à pied et aussi de nombreuses plages. Les propriétaires nous ont fourni la WIFI pour ceux qui ont besoin de faire le point avec leur travail et la villa avait la climatisation. Nous la recommandons fortement. Mille mercis. »

Beatiful villa,perfect location,great for families

My Husband, Sister and Brother-in-law were lucky enough to stay here for a week in June with our 11 month old Son. The villa, pool and garden areas are beautiful and extremely well kept. Our Son loved playing in the pool and sand pit. The layout of the bedrooms makes sleeping arrangements very flexible so children of all ages can be accommodated for. Both kitchens are well equipped for a self catering holiday and the location is perfect for exploring the Cote d'Azur. We took day trips to Monaco and St Tropez but there is so much more to see and we wish we could have stayed longer! The owners were extremely helpful in assisting us with our booking and ensured that everything was organised for our arrival, including a travel cot, sheets/towels and a high chair - a few less things to worry about make all the difference when taking children abroad!! I must also mention the owners friends who met us at the villa - what wonderfully friendly and helpful people! This was our son's first holiday and one which will always provide us with very happy memories. We would highly recommend this property!

Perfect!

Everything was really good. Communication with the owner Marie-Lianne was brilliant with prompt responses to any questions and lots of of information provided. The local person Anne was also lovely and very attentive and helpful. The house is situated in a lovely,quiet residential area. The house itself is ideal for a holiday. It is comfortable and very clean. We actually only used the main house for sleeping and for the bathrooms as we used the garden kitchen and dining area for everything else - it is all you need. The garden and pool area is one of the nicest we have had from all of our holidays.There is lots of outdoor furniture and plenty of access to shade when required. We didn't take a car. We got the train from Nice to St. Raphael.The house is well situated and only a short walk, about 15 minutes, to the small Spar, other commerces and port with some cafés and restaurants. There's a good boulangerie about a 6 minute walk away at Les Plaines. We walked into St. Raphael for the beach,restaurants etc which only took about 20 minutes. We will happily return to this area and house.

Top Vacances - Super Urlaub!

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern - 12 & 9) haben hier wunderschöne 9 Tage verbracht! Mme Després hat uns wunderbar empfangen und kaum 30 Minuten später waren wir schon im Pool (25 Grad!). Der Poolbereich (mit WC), die Terrasse mit der vollausgestatteten Küche und großen Esstisch machen das ganze richtig zu einem kleinen Paradis. Kleine Zusatzinfos: Es war alles top sauber! - Die Mückennetze an den Festern haben mich sehr glücklich gemacht ;-) - Das Erdgeschoss gehört den Eigentümern die nie da sind, wenn das Haus vermietet wird. Merci beaucoup Marie-Liane, dieser Urlaub wird uns super in Erinnerung bleiben und wir freuen uns schon auf ein (hoffentlich baldiges) nächstes Mal. Maintenant en français ;-) Nous (famille avec 2 enfants - 12 et 9 ans) avons passé 9 merveilleux jours ici ! Mme Després nous a accueillis chaleureusement et à peine 30 minutes plus tard nous étions déjà dans la piscine (25 degrés!). L'espace piscine (avec WC), la terrasse avec la cuisine entièrement équipée et la grande table à manger font de l'ensemble un petit coin de paradis. Petites infos complémentaires : tout était super propre! - Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres m'ont fait très plaisir ;-) - Le rez-de-chaussée appartient aux propriétaires qui ne sont jamais là quand la maison est louée. Merci beaucoup Marie-Liane, nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs de ces vacances et nous attendons déjà avec impatience une prochaine fois (espérons-le bientôt).

Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen

Ein Haus in idealer Lage in Saint Raphael, nicht weit von der Stadtmitte und vom Wasser. Sehr ruhiges Wohngebiet, genug Platz in 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Schöner Meeresblick vom zum Wintergarten umgebauten Balkon. Vollständige Ausstattung, mehr als man braucht. Einfach ein Platz zum Wiederkommen.

Beautiful week away

The villa was lovely, owners were very friendly and helpful, as was the lovely Mme Després who met us at the property. Despite being in the middle of a heatwave, pool was perfect and we had a wonderful week - Aircon was very much appreciated! Close to facilities, shops and restaurants to make your trip as busy or as peaceful as you would like.

Excellente location idéalement située

Très belle location idéalement située à 10 minutes à pied du port de Santa Lucia où vous trouverez un Spar une boucherie une poissonnerie et une boulangerie. Vous êtes entre 15 et 20 minutes à pieds sur la plage de Saint-Raphaël. Tout le confort est présent la situation sur les hauteurs assure un calme reposant pour les vacances. Vous apprécierez la piscine et la climatisation le soir dans la chambre. Mme Fleys est disponible et vous serez accueillis par son amie à l’arrivée qui est adorable et s’assure que vous ne manquiez de rien. Bref, à recommander sans hésiter !

Une maison merveilleusement privée et calme

La description de l'annonce concernant le lieu, la maison ainsi que l'équipement correspond entièrement à la réalité. La propriété est en très bon état. Nous avons toutefois été un peu surpris par le fait qu'en tant que locataire de la maison, on n'occupe que le premier étage. Cela signifie que pour accéder au jardin et à la piscine, il faut quitter la maison par l'avant et faire le tour des deux coins. Cette donnée n'est pas clairement expliquée dans l'annonce et a son importance pour les personnes qui, pour une raison ou une autre, ont des difficultés à parcourir plusieurs fois par jour le magnifique escalier en marbre.

Super séjour !

Super séjour passé dans cette très jolie maison! Tout était parfait, maison très fonctionnelle, il y avait tout ce qui fallait pour avoir un confort optimal! La piscine était super agréable ! La literie très confortable, et les moustiquaires pratiques! La maison était très propre ainsi que le linge, très rassurant avec cette période particulière. Nous sommes venus avec un bébé de 6mois il y avait tout le matériel de disponible. Les hôtes étaient très accueillants. Encore merci pour ce séjour, je recommande fortement !

Schönes Haus in super Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Besonders die Outdoor-Küche am Pool war sehr praktisch. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage, die wir aber kaum benötigt haben. Es gab viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen rund uns Haus, so dass man zu jeder Tageszeit einen schattigen oder eben sonnigen Platz finden konnte. Die drei großen Ampelschirme waren zusätzlich hilfreich und es gab sogar eine Außentoilette, das war besonders für die Kinder praktisch, wenn sie im Pool waren mussten sie nicht extra ins Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig aber doch nah genug an Hafen, Strand und Restaurants um diese fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Nous sommes ravis de vous avoir accueillis. Merci beaucoup de votre appréciation détaillée, bien aidante pour les futurs vacanciers. Je me permets de noter ici sa traduction (Google!) : Belle maison dans un excellent emplacement Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à la villa. Surtout la cuisine extérieure au bord de la piscine était très pratique. Toutes les chambres ont l'air conditionné, mais nous n'en avions guère besoin. Il y avait beaucoup de sièges et de chaises longues autour de la maison, vous pouviez donc trouver un endroit ombragé ou ensoleillé à tout moment de la journée. Les trois grands parasols déportés étaient également utiles et il y avait même des toilettes extérieures, ce qui était particulièrement pratique pour les enfants lorsqu'ils étaient dans la piscine, ils n'avaient pas à entrer dans la maison. L'emplacement est parfait, très calme mais assez proche du port, de la plage et des restaurants pour y aller à pied. Dans l'ensemble, de bonnes vacances.

Merci de votre appréciation. Vous avez laissé l'intérieur propre, l'extérieur et la cuisine côté piscine n'étaient pas faits. Attention de ne pas venir à nouveau dans une location en surnombre, sans l'avoir demandé, et de bien respecter les règles : J'ai eu des plaintes de plusieurs voisins me disant avoir été "très gênés par un tapage nocturnes avec hurlements jusqu'à être obligé d'intervenir à 3h du matin". Ceci m'a beaucoup ennuyé!

Une très jolie villa, propre, très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la piscine, le jardin et la cuisine d’été côté piscine. Pas loin du centre ville de Saint-Raphaël et des plages. Nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Nous avons passé deux semaines agréables sous le soleil. La maison est proche du port de Santa Lucia et pas trop loin du centre de St Raphaël. Le quartier est extrêmement calme, le jardin reposant. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Les propriétaires ainsi que la dame s'occupant de la piscine sont des gens charmants et à l'écoute

Séjour et accueil exceptionnels

Nous sommes restés 1 mois dans un cadre de vie fort agréable. La maison est spacieuse et fort accueillante, située idéalement proche du port et des criques, sans être trop éloignée du centre ville, dans un quartier extrêmement calme. Les chambres et les pièces a vivre sont aménagées avec beaucoup de gout. La période était encore un peu précoce pour profiter de la piscine, mais le jardin est très agréable et reposant. L'accueil de Mme Fleys est parfait, nous mettant a l'aise pour tout le séjour. A recommander pour toute vacances, famille ou amis, une très bonne adresse et de merveilleuses personnes.

Beautiful villa, quiet and relaxing.

Right from the start of our booking, the owners were extremely helpful and sorted out insurance etc for us. The owners friend greeted us when we arrived and brought her nephew along as he spoke very good English! The villa was beautiful. It had secure parking for our Motorbikes which was very important although the area was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was lovely and the kitchens had everything you would need. We enjoyed the stroll into town in the evenings for dinner and breakfast on the balcony in the mornings. If we ever return to St Rapheal in the future we would definitely stay there again.

Here it is: Traduction: "Dès le début de notre réservation, les propriétaires ont été extrêmement aidants et ont arrangé pour nous les questions d’assurance etc. L’amie des propriétaires nous a accueillis à notre arrivé et a amené son neveu car il parlait un très bon Anglais ! La villa était belle. Elle avait un parking sécurisé pour nos Motos ce qui était très important bien que le quartier fût calme et tranquille. La piscine était charmante et les cuisines avaient tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Nous avons apprécié flâner jusqu’au centre-ville le soir pour dîner et prendre les petits déjeuners sur le balcon le matin. Si nous retournons à St Raphaël à l’avenir nous reviendrions certainement là à nouveau."
