The villa Les Arcades is ideally located on the seafront 400 m from the first beaches. 5 min by car or 30 min walk from the city center of Issambres and shops and restaurants. You will be able to reach St Tropez from Port des Issambres by sea shuttle in 25 min. Inside, besides the living room and the dining room with sea view, you will have 3 bedrooms with air conditioning (2 double beds and 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 en-suite shower room to one of the bedrooms and 1 independent toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine ...) and very functional. The dining table seats between 6 and 8 people, outdoor tables and chairs for 8 to 8 people. In rez of villa, you will have a small flat with 1 room (1 bed 2 persons) and its bathroom, a living room and a small equipped kitchen giving on a terrace and the swimming pool. Heated swimming pool with financial participation of 50 € per week. Les Arcades, a warm and welcoming villa, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Mandatory cleaning fee extra 150 € Possibility of parking for 2 to 3 cars inside the property.

Villa agréable avec très belle vue mer

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 2 semaines en mai dans cette villa agréable à vivre, spacieuse, meublée simplement mais confortable, et dotée d'un grand terrain. Les points forts : belle vue panoramique sur la mer à travers les grandes baies vitrées, exposition plein sud, appartement indépendant en rez-de-chaussée (qui nous a permis d'accueillir nos grands enfants pendant quelques jours), piscine chauffée à 27° (moyennant un supplément), situation à l'abri des regards, équipement électro-ménager de qualité (lave-vaisselle neuf Miele, lave linge, belle plancha ...), sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux et efficace d'Elodie. Seul petit bémol : le bruit des voitures dû à la proximité immédiate de la route mais on ne l'entend que lorsqu'on est au bord de la piscine et il est atténué par des murs épais. Bref, nous recommandons cette location et nous reviendrons sûrement ...

Merveilleux

La maison est totalement conforme à la description et aux photos. Vue panoramique sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez dont ne se lasse pas. Dehors grande piscine, transats, parasols, sans aucun vis à vis. Je remercie mille fois Elodie notre interlocutrice, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Récidive hautement probable pour notre part.

Toujours aussi agréable

Comme il y a 2 ans nous avons passé de super vacances, la villa est magnifique et proche de tout. Et l'hôte est plus que sympathique et réactive en tout point. Encore merci :)
