Maxwell Beach Residence 1 is one of Barbados' newest luxurious beach-front condominium properties available for holiday rentals which offers ultra stylish and contemporary beach-front living unlike any other.

Our South Coast location offers direct access to quiet, pristine white sandy beaches and to some of the best dining, shopping and nightlife in Barbados, including St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins. We are 15 minutes away from Grantley Adams International Airport and Bridgetown. We are located just off of Maxwell Coast Road, well secluded and tucked away from the busy main roads.

Maxwell Beach Residence 1 offers 3 bedrooms ( 2 King Ensuited Bedrooms , 1 Queen bedroom with bath. Featuring a beautifully designed Italian kitchen with granite marble counter tops with breakfast stools. It also has a fully fitted kitchen with GE appliances. The kitchen includes a double-door refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender and washer/dryer. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on your own private balcony with astonishing views overlooking the pool, garden and the beautiful Ocean.

Maxwell Beach Residence 1 also offers free Wifi/Internet Access, a fully equipped cardio and weight gym, elevator access, private parking and 24 hour on-site security.

We loved spending time on the balcony and having the beach and pool just steps away. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and other places we wanted to visit, while still feeling quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The property was secure and very well maintained. Communication was great from beginning to end, and everything made our stay easy and enjoyable. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Barbados.

The condo was exactly as described. It was in a very quiet location with a few things to walk to if you don’t mind spending some time outside. Communication was great all accommodations exceeded our expectations. The best part about this was having a “dedicated” driver that answered each and every time we called for a ride. Wayne was outstanding and was always able to get us from where we were at or to pick us up when we needed. All in all, the only thing I would add to this location would be a pull out couch/bed. Otherwise everything was amazing and I would not hesitate to stay here again or another in the same building.

Our stay at this Condo was above expectations. The unit was clean, very well equiped, spacious with a beautiful view of the beach. Located on a large, sandy beach with gentle surf and clear water. Located close to everything we needed with a short drive. Easy access to the parking and building. The garden was well kept and provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the warm weather. Pool and jet tub were also well kept. Overall a great experience with a very attentive host.
Beach is beautiful and 100% coral so cool to walk on.

We loved our experience at Ocean One. Michel was so helpful and prompt. We took full advantage of the well equipped kitchen and the BBQ. The beach was stunning and not overly busy. Used the bar and restaurant at the Bouganvillea next door also. Great location! Defintiely would recommend. We were travelling with our 2 adult children so loved having the 3 bedrooms.

Including the airport pick up was great. Wayne and Maya were available all the time. We used them several times for rides. Very dependable!The property location is excellent. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The condo is very well equipped. Michal our host was excellent to respond to questions promptly. Plenty of loungers available and we were able to take them out on the beach. Upon arrival, there was a welcome package including bread, eggs, juice, milk, beer etc. that was excellent. Barbados beach stay

We had a wonderful beachfront vacation at this property! With 3 bedrooms and baths, there was plenty of space for our family. The ocean view from the living room was gorgeous. The beach was nice and we also enjoyed the pool. The location was off the beaten path and felt private, but was also a short drive to restaurants and activities. We will visit again!

We loved unit #302 at Ocean 1. The unit is exactly like the photos, maybe even better in person. Beach is quiet and lovely and close enough to walk to nearby restaurants and surf lessons for the kids. Highly recommend!

A fabulous rental on one of the best beaches in Barbados.

The beach was wide and sandy and best of all it was virtually empty the whole time. The pool was nice and again it was hardly used at all by the other guests so we had that and the hot tub to ourselves the whole two weeks. The unit was very nice with three good-sized rooms in a boutique condominium development. Overall it was an excellent combination of beach, condo and value.
