Lovely stay by the beach

We had a wonderful time staying here while visiting family for spring break. Took advantage of the closeness of the pool and the beach with lots of time outside. The beach toys were a big hit this year and it was nice to have a pick of beach chairs. Would stay again!Would

Great spring break getaway

We had a great stay just across the road from the beach. Check in and out were a breeze. The kiddos enjoyed playing in both pools and collecting shells and playing in the sand. The property had all the usual homegoods we needed plus beach supplies and games - the kiddos enjoyed learning a few of them. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place

My wife and I took both sets of our parents and our 6mo old son, everyone loved it. The condo was wonderful, the pictures really don’t do it Justice, it’s a lot bigger than it looks. The beach access was great and we hated to leave. Hope to come back soon!

Nice Stay!

This unit was very spacious for our family of 4, clean, properly furnished, nice balcony area, and located right across from the beach access path. Furniture and beds were comfortable, kitchen adequately supplied, and ac worked very well. Washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus. TVs were nice and everything worked great. Highly recommend!

Family Spring Break Getaway

Seven of us (4 adults, 3 kids 6-11) stayed four nights at this 3-BR 2-BA condo in Oceanwalk. It was in wonderful shape, very clean and more well-stocked than we expected and than any place that we’ve previously stayed. The AC and all other facilities worked perfectly and the pool and other amenities at the complex were all readily available to us. We’ve stayed at Oceanwalk in the past and know that the beach access is across the street so that’s not an issue for us. In the event that we come to NSB in the future, we’ll definitely request to stay at this place.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was perfectly located to the beach access sidewalk and both clubhouses. We’ve stayed in several buildings inside the Ocean Walk complex over the years and they never disappoint. The only complaint we had this trip is that we didn’t have a key to the entry door beside the garage door. If we didn’t have the garage door opener with us, which we didn’t want to take down to the beach, we had to walk around to the back of the building and up to the second floor to enter. It was a slight inconvenience, but not a deal breaker. All in all, it was a great condo and we had a great time.

Very Nice Condo/Some Issues

Access to pool and beach very convenient, as described. Well appointed condo with all needs met. FYI: Because this unit is run by an outside entity, Great Ocean Condos and Homes, guests need to realize that any "building issues" is out of their control and the responsibility of the Condo Association. Therefore, the elevator access from the 3rd floor was not available to us for our entire stay because the buttons didn't work. So, we had to walk down to another floor to exit our condo floor. Very inconvenient. Condo Management of building had to order the part to fix and couldn't guarantee when the part would arrive. Front door access was also faulty as the strike plate was getting stuck. They did send Shelly, from Great Ocean Condos to fix. She was very kind and also reported for us the microwave not working properly.Our family had a great time in spite of these inconveniences.

The perfect location for a relaxing girls weekend!

My 5 girlfriends and wanted a relaxing week away from our children, husbands, jobs, etc. ... And this was the perfect condo for us! GreatOceanCondos.com made finding and renting this condo quick and easy! This unit was perfect for our group, with enough room for all 6 of us to sleep and hang out in the condo comfortably. The kitchen was full of up-to-date appliances (perfect because we made many meals at the condo) and the Clubhouse and pool are just a minute walk away, making them the perfect spot to hang out for a couple relaxing cocktails before dinner. The area provided a variety of activities, including great shopping, fine dining, historic sightseeing, a view of Cape Canaveral, and of course walks on the beach, perfect for the diverse group of ladies I visited with. This unit is all I could ask for in a condo: beautiful, clean decor, a balcony with an ocean view, and many amenities (especially the washer & dryer!), I can see myself coming back again and again. Next time I would love to bring my husband and 3 children.

Fantastic condo, perfect for families large and small. Many great amenities!

Our family had a great time at Ocean Walk. We've stayed at other OW units before, but have always been a little further back in the complex. This unit is located right in front of the walkway to the beach, taking just a couple of minutes to get from our balcony to the water. My husband and I stayed for a week and my son, daugher-in-law and grandkids joined us for a long weeked at the end of the week. The kids loved spending the mornings at the beach playing in the sand and water then coming back for lunch and going to the pools in afternoon. There were lots of beach items available and a cart to haul the load to the beach. One thing I would recommend is a frisbee or ball of some sort for tossing on the beach. We cooked in the condo a few nights and even used the grills by the pool to BBQ some shrimp. It worked out great since the pool and clubhouse sit directly behind this unit so we didn't have to carry anything very far and we could watch the kids play in the water while we cooked. This unit was clean and organized. We had lots of towels and beach towels and even better, a washer and dryer in the unit. We had a great time staying at this this condo and will be renting again next year.

Perfect Family Retreat

Amazing location and condo was spotless. Everything was so well explained and organized making this run smooth. Far enough from the beach to not bring the sand in, but close enough to be there less 5 mins walking. The community is very welcoming and friendly and the strict rules of the place creates the perfect peceful but yet fun atmosphere yo are looking for. We are deff coming back.

This place is AWESOME!

Our family really enjoyed this property. It had plenty of room and the location was great for ocean access, pool access. our only complaint was the dehumidifier was extremely loud and annoying.

Incredible, Clean and Comfortable.

This unit is incredible. It was so clean when we arrived I felt like we were the first people to ever use it. Everything you could possible need was at the unit. The kitchen has EVERYTHING! Wonderful dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, baking ware. I felt I was in my own kitchen (except with nicer stuff than I have). The bedrooms have great beds with wonderful bedding. Plenty of extra blankets and with a tv in every room. The living room is comfortable with games, puzzles and movies. The Ocean Walk community and amenities are also great. Pool, hot tub, exercise rooms and more. BUT of course, the best thing of all is the beach. Very easy to walk to (directly across the street) and it is such a clean and pristine beach. The little town of NSB has a cute street (Flagler Street) for shopping and lots and lots of restaurants. I highly recommend this unit and would and most likely will use it again and again and again.

Beautiful and Welk Maintained Condo

This unit is simply outstanding. It is in a great location, very well maintained and managed by the best rental agent in New Smyrn Beach - Great Oceans. The unit is in the best building in Oceanwalk - # 13. It is right at the beach access and near clubhouse 2. The owners had numerous DVD's, games books and other entertainment items. The tv and internet was very good. The carpet in the bedrooms was clean although most of the unit was tiled.
