Chalet Uxello, 500m from Les Foliettes ski lift, Les Gets with jacuzzi

Chalet Uxello, a large self-catering chalet with a hot tub situated on the Routes des Chavannes Les Gets, an award winning family resort with a great selection of shops, and restaurants. We are situated right in the heart of the Portes du Soleil area, with easy access from Geneva Airport just 1.15 hours transfer, available door-to-door. Our rental period is 7 days Saturday-Saturday. Sleeps 10.

The chalet has panoramic views over the mountains and valley, ideal for families or groups of friends, and is situated less than a mile from the village with easy access to the main ski/mountain bike area, and has a free bus service 2 minutes walk away, running 4 times an hour in season. The chalet offers parking for at least 4 cars.

In winter there is a wide variety of pistes catering for all standard of skier, from beginner to off piste. In the summer the ski lifts pivot to take mountain bikes.

There is an 18 hole golf course with spectacular views almost adjacent to the chalet , wonderful walks, white water rafting, paragliding and mountain biking. The Tour de France often passes through the area. There is a large lake for swimming a few minutes away with children's play area. There are E -Bikes for hire to explore the locale.

Space

Chalet Uxello has 2 en-suite double rooms, a twin bedroom, a large bedroom with twin beds and an additional double bed ( should it be required) and a further smaller twin bedroom. The chalet boasts three separate sitting areas ideal for family use, one seating up to ten people with a large open fire, and TV. A well stocked kitchen perfect for in-house dining. The chalet has a good size garden and terrace for barbecues in the summer and a hot tub for both winter and summer use.

Larger than most chalets with 185 sq m of accommodation.

Principal bedroom

Double bed with en-suite bathroom; additional sofas that convert into two single beds. Double aspect landing to outside balcony and mezzanine floor with stunning panoramic views.

Second bedroom

Two single beds with double doors to balcony, adjoining bathroom.

Third bedroom

One double bed with en-suite bathroom. Access to mezzanine floor.

Fourth bedroom

This large bedroom has two single beds as well as a sofa that converts to a double bed and own bathroom.

Fifth bedroom

2 single beds with en-suite shower

Mezzanine / 6th bedroom. This can be used as a bedroom with double sofa beds and electric privacy screen or as a place to relax away from the main living room.

An area of outstanding natural beauty the Porte du Soleil area has over 650km of pistes offering fantastic skiing for all abilities.

There is a ski store with boot warmers to store you equipment in.

The chalet is perfect for all year round activities. Winter sports, mountain biking, running, hiking, wellness and special celebrations such as wedding accommodation or significant family events.
