Sughera Villa is a lovely property (600 sq m) with air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 23 people comfortably in 11 bedrooms with 13 bathrooms. Conveniently located 7 km (5 mi) from Montecatini Alto, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 35 km (22 mi) from Lucca. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on vacation.

IMPORTANT:

- Groups of teenagers are not allowed in the property.
- If guests travel by Caravan, an additional fee of 50€ will be charged on the spot (charging cost per stay).
- For each e-vehicle a supplement will be collected on the spot.
