Dear guests, for me was a real pleasure to meet you and I really believe I did all the best for providing you all kinds of assistance. A word said badly can cause a lot of damage and from your words, surely written spontaneously and in a good faith, someone can deduce that the owner (me) doesn’t take care of the details or worse, the information on the ad is not true. For that reason only I write this few words 1) The most important thing I want to say is that the house is 350mt easy flat walking from the beach. You can’t say that it is a “considerable way from the beach”! Everybody can check it in the location section on the ad and measures the distance. 2) The first days of your stay the weather was rainy and windy and the patio furniture suffered the consequences. Without any doubt they were perfectly cleaned at your arrival also because you were my first guests of the season. 3) About that “ ..there could have been some information….” You told me you can read your e-mails and then, the day after your arrival I sent you 19 pages of touristic information and a useful link for reading even more details. This is for me the best way to transmit information and an easy way to consult them everywhere. I suppose I can’t make any comment on the fact that your mobile phone didn’t work and that you couldn’t get things in the kitchen cabinets. Thank you
