This hilltop property is a pleasure to relax and enjoy the views. You will have a 360 degree view. You can also enjoy the Temecula Valley wine country view in the morning watching air balloons in the distance.The property is just minutes from the wineries with a country feel. Enjoy the afternoon breeze on the patio with a glass of wine. When you stay here you will feel like you are on your own mountain with no noise just the birds and nature. One of the master bedrooms has a private courtyard with a fountain and garden. This home is single story with vaulted ceilings. Three of the four bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Soak up the sun in our beach entry resort style infinity pool with swim up bar and huge baja reef. Game room added to four car garage which includes ping pong table, pool table, dart board, shuffleboard & TV.

A luxury retreat

The home and entire property is beautiful. The back yard steals the show with gorgeous views and a beautiful pool and spa. The backyard is perfect to enjoy the sunsets. The home was comfortable and clean. Owner was quick to reply to any messages. There were plenty of games to play and the game room in the garage was great.Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels available in each bathroom. Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again soon!

Great Thanksgiving Temecula Wine Country

Beautiful property and arguably better than advertised. Owner was very responsive to all questions a couple minor issues. The view and back yard were spectacular. Highly recommend this property.

Worked great for our group!

We had a group of 9 women stay here this past weekend. The space worked out great for our group for all of our meals and lots of space to hang out. We did pay extra to have the spa heater and loved that this was an option for us!

Peaceful, Beautiful & Special

We stayed here as a couples getaway from the kids and it was everything we wanted it to be. Beautiful pool, large rooms, plenty of space and was an oasis from the city. Despite a long list of “Do Not”s, nothing was unreasonable and as long as you are respectful guests, it was easy to follow. I would highly recommend staying here with a few friends to have fun and relax. The property was breathtaking and was everything we were hoping for.

Beautiful!

Rented this property for a girls' trip and it was an amazing property. The pool scene is awesome, love the jacuzzi, and the swim up bar! There is a patio with plenty of seating and spectacular views. All beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and our hosts were very accommodating. Would love to return!

The perfect accommodations with a beautiful view

Group of 8 ladies in our late 40s - 50s enjoyed this property while celebrating a milestone birthday. 3 of the rooms have an en suite bathroom with the 4th bathroom right next to the 3rh bedroom. Little bit of a bumpy road to make your way to the house but worth it being off the beaten path to incredible privacy and views. Host was immensely responsive to all inquiries before and during our stay. We all truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend

Feels as if we are home

We try each August to reserve this wonderful property since it fits us so well for birthday celebrations with my gal pals. The convenience of the automation/timers for the utilities, the beach style access to the infinity pool helps us that are in our 60's & 70's. The neighborhood is very quiet and remote plus a wee bit of a challenge that we enjoy.

Fantastic views!!

My friends and family can’t stop talking about our amazing weekend here. The house is modern and comfortable. There is a lovely hot tub; but you do have to pay to run it because it runs on a separate propane tank. It is worth it though. The owners are available for questions and help. We definitely want to come back in the summer!!!

Secluded property, quiet, amazing views

Breathtaking visuals, within wine country. Snow capped mountain views, rolling hills, wildlife sounds and clear blue skies. What more can you ask for. The house is great for a larger group. All the mattresses were extremely comfortable, with all different levels of comfort, soft to firm! Hot water was excellent. The backyard was a haven of fun, either swimming, flying drones, water games and/ or bocce ball, since it has a carpet grass court! Overall great experience in a beautiful well appointed home with friendly communicative owners. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful and beautiful oasis!

We stayed for the weekend at this gorgeous property. We had four couples and there was plenty of room for everyone and then some! The pool is stunning! The back yard is like a resort with plenty of comfortable, high quality seating and a gorgeous raised seating area all with a beautiful winery/vineyard feel. The view is magnificent and the sunset and sun rise views are gorgeous. Even though the pool is not “heated,” the sun heats it enough to make it a comfortable brisk temperature. We used the pool a lot. The beds are comfy. The house is actually better than the pictures. The host, Shayne, was just wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! It was really special.

Lovely Stay

This is a lovely property, a little tricky to get to because of the ranch/dirt road but worth it. The patio and pool area are gorgeous. There is plenty of room for a large family to stay comfortably. Everything we needed was taken care of. The only issue I have is that it has now been 5 weeks since our stay and we have yet to receive our deposit back. I have contacted the property managers several times to no avail. If this is their standard procedure its not a good one so please be aware.

Overall amazinggggg, could use a little upkeep

Overall we had an amazing time at the Cavallini Family Estate! The pool and views are simply unbeatable. We did notice some ant problems when we were there (in the main bedroom and out by the pool) and there were a lot of wasps on the property (two in our party got stung). You are absolutely out in nature so there will be wildlife, but did not see any wasp traps or anything to try to deter this. The door to outside kept jamming as well, some cobwebs in the rooms, just seems like it could use some upkeep love. However, cannot emphasize enough how BEAUTIFUL the location and outdoor area is! Really made the trip special. Worth noting the property is several miles on very rough hilly road to get there- not a deal breaker and they do mention this, just plan accordingly!

This is a wonderful property to rent. The process was very professional and simple. The house has four wonderful bedrooms, three with their own bathroom and shower. Great family retreat property with amazing views and an incredible swimming pool.

We moved to Temecula in 1997 and have raised our family here. We have come to love Temecula for its great beauty (and wine) and sunshine. In our spare time we love to travel, garden and spend time outdoors. We have two sons, one is now an adult and decided to stay local in a home of his own. Our other son enjoys running around the property or on his bike.

Why they chose this property

Once you are here,you will not want to leave. It is so peaceful sitting out on the patio in the morning having breakfast and enjoying a cup of coffee. The sunsets are also so stunning over the valley. You can also enjoy the views from, almost all of the rooms. The nights are my favorite as you can see all of the city lights but not all the city noise.

What makes this property unique

We offer a resort like stay with privacy. Our home sits at the top of a hill so the view is like nothing else.
