The house is located in the upper part of the town, a very quiet area with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada.
The house is two floors, on the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, fully fitted kitchen (vitro plate, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave), two bedrooms one with a bed of 135 and another with two beds of 90 and bathroom with hydromassage column.
On the upper floor there is another living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms, one with a bed of 135 and the other bedrooms with two beds of 90 each.
It consists of two very sunny terraces with aromatic pots and where you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere ideal for couples and family groups with children with a capacity of 10 people expandable with extra beds, with central heating to make your stay very comfortable.
Nearby is a playground, hiking trails and, cycling.
The town is 18 km from Granada where you can enjoy visits to the most enchanting city with monuments such as the Alhambra, its Cathedral, San Nicolos viewpoint.
You can also enjoy the Sierra Nevada ski resort, only 25 km away, where you can practice winter sports in the sunniest ski resort in Europe.
