S. Casa PEDRO : Apart with pool and garden São Pedro do Estoril

Lamento que a estadia não tenha correspondido ás expectativas mas seguramente a responsabilidade não foi minha. O hospede foi o mais negligente que já recebi, a quantidade de água deixada nas paredes e teto da casa de banho provocou um curto circuito na ventoinha de exaustão da casa de banho, O hóspede sabendo o que tinha feito, não comunicou que estava sem energia, optando por ficar sem energia até eu verificar que o sector de energia do apartamento estava em baixo, e, correndo o risco de provacar uma inundação no apartamento porque sem energia as bombas de extração do esgoto não funcionam. O seu comportamento constituiu uma falta de respeito pelo meu trabalho e pelo apartamento. Por ultimo, anexa umas fotos do danos causado sem qualquer nexo. Quanto ás insinuações sobre o fato de ter sido menosprezado, é retalitório pelo fato de ter sido chamado á atenção sobre o seu comportamento negligente, pois, eu e o meu filho recebemos os nossos hospedes com muito gentileza, inclusivé até lhe dei uma boleia de carro para a praia da Poça.

If they had read the description, they would have realized that I rent a 1 bedroom apartment (living room + 1 bedroom) on the ground floor next to the pool. The living room has a large glass door and window overlooking the pool, and the bedroom has 3 windows as shown in the photographs (a room with 3 windows does not lack light). The lack of light, in the living areas, the dining room and the bedroom, is a false argument. The kitchen as it appears in the photos does not have a window, it is a minimalist kitchen, designed to prepare simple meals and consume them on the porch by the pool. In reality they thought they were renting the entire property, which disappointed their expectations so nothing would be fine. If they had done the Estoril Coast Route, they would have seen that the 4-lane road that they refer to in the comment is the mythical “Marginal” road and in some areas the train line is together, so all the beaches are along of this road. To access the beaches you have to go along the Marginal road and in some areas the train line.
