Bright and renovated apartment in condominium with pool, close to the Parede beach. One bedroom with double bed. Cable tv and wifi.



This fantastic apartment is situated in a condominium with pool. It's located in the 3rd floor of a building without elevator access, Entering the apartment there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen equipped so that you can prepare a snack or cook your own meal. There is a flat screen TV with cable channels and wifi. To seat you have a comfortable sofa.

The bathroom is spacious and features a bath with shower.

At walking distance you have Parede beach. Carcavelos beach is also close and it's famous by it's size and surf activity. You have plenty of restaurants in the area as well as shops and groceries.

You normally find a free parking place in the streets surrounding the condominium.

Aside from being a walk up, and honestly it was only an issue with bags. My very gracious and helpful host Jose helped me up with them. Nice place well appointed and well worth the price. The closest beach is small but some very large ones are very close. Enjoyed my stay.

Great location but apartment is lacking

Apartment is in a great location, convenient to the beach, public transportation and shopping. Could have been a better experience if: I had found the unit cleaner (previous occupant’s hair in shower drain, unclean dishes in cupboards), if the heaters worked properly, and if they had better and more bath towels, kitchen towels and a better equipped kitchen. Has potential, management needs to pay attention.

Nice appartment, amazing location

The location of the appartment is awesome: 4 minutes away from the beach, 10 minutes away from the Grocery Store, with a convinience at 30 seconds, and 8 minutes away from the train station to lisbon (walking). The host was very nice to us during the check in. The appartment is nicely decorated, and freshly renovated in a typical, old and traditional portuguese building. I have to mention that the appartment is a bit noisy; we pretty much hear the neighbours as if they are in the same appartment. The appartment was clean when we arrived and it felt like home away. I like to cook while travelling and the kitchen was equipped properly. All in all, I strongly recommend.
