Holiday apartment in a private complex with beautiful pools and gardens

Our 1 bedroom ground floor apartment which sleeps up to 3/4 has a large lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom, and terrace and has recently been refurbished. It is fully equipped with washing machine, Wi Fi Internet, TV, and telephone. The apartment is situated in beautifully maintained gardens, with a beautiful large swimming pool which has sun loungers, children’s play area, bars and cafés. The pool is cloverleaf design with a children's area, which narrows and flows into deeper areas for swimmers. The pool and complex has ramps and hand rails for disabled users. It is only a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, banks, taxis, buses and 10 minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches. The apartment is on the ground floor and has fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, telephone, Internet and TV. Linen and towels are provided. We have just retiled the lounge and removed the cushion seating on concret with a new 3 piece leather suite. The kitchen is fullu equipped now has a seperate freezer which is usefuThere is also a private deeper pool which is ideal for experienced swimmers. The quiet spacious complex has something for everyone.


The terrace is newly tiled and have lounge chairs, e, and garden table and chairs. Near the apartment (2 minute walk) are 3 supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bus stop, car hire, cash machine, public telephones and bank. A beautiful sandy beach is situated within walking distance, about half a mile away, and the main shopping, eating, and entertainment area is about 1 mile. We can arrange car hire pick-up at the airport at a very low rate and any other service you may require; laundry, etc.

Comfortable, spacious & good location

This property was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed, however, it could do with updating. It has big corner bath that is surplus to requirements because there isn’t enough hot water for a bath, it would be more useful having a shower cubicle.Also a safe would be appreciated. The WiFi was excellent and it is a property we would return to.

Overall enjoyable

The property is ideally situated and spotlessly clean. It is a bit tired though and would benefit from some refurbishment. Having said all that you go to the island for the weather so provided the accommodation is clean that's all that matters.

Very relaxing.

We had a very relaxed holiday,the hosts were very nice and could not do enough for us. The property is very spacious and has everything you could need. Lots off extra linen and towels. Lovely outdoor space with nice garden furniture.

Nice studio

The property is well located and has a nice garden in the sun until 4pm. The property was clean at first sight, but needs to be renovated. We still had to do some cleaning ourselves upon arrival with old cleaning equipment such as a worn brush and a cracked bucket. The kitchen utensils were also limited in terms of pots and pans. There is no dishwasher and there was no plug in the sink. All in all we had a good stay and the price-quality ratio is good.

Tired. Bizarre furnishings. Poor quality linen and cheap fittings/cutlery/utensils. Everything there when searched for. Limited storage. Most cupboards/wardrobes padlocked-odd. Noise from facing Dickens Bar excessive/intrusive to 1-2 am.

The location was perfect but the appartment could have done with a good clean .The single bed next to the double was covered in the dust and the extension cable was under pillow..There was an incident in the kitchen that when i took my cable out of the socket it was moving around .The owners stuff was all over the place in-fact there was an hub cap in the wardrobe . The patio door was a nightmare to open and close.Also there was no signage to say it was register ,please can you let me if it is as i would never have booked it if it wasn’t .Look forward to your replay .

Property condition tired and facilities poor

Very disappointing. No toilet paper, washing machine not working properly and leaked (owners knew before my stay but didn't tell me), incorrect WIFI password provided, outside maintenance meant I couldn't use the terrace for the majority of my 8 night stay, broken and tatty outside furniture, no UK TV, rickety living room furniture, adjacent to a main road and overlooking bars and restaurants so a little noisy at times. Owners visited property during my stay, offered apologies, £100 compensation which I refused as inadequate, they left and I've heard nothing since. Very poor, and I certainly would NOT recommend this property.

Groot appartement met leuk terras vlakbij strand en promenade.

Groot appartement op gelijkvloers met groot terras met zicht op weg en terrasjes. Vlakbij winkels, terrasjes en promenade/strand/zee. Heel mooi rustig domein met groot zwembad. Jammer was de housekeeping. We vonden gebroken ei onder tafel, lakens waren niet proper en het oogde niet fris.

Lovely apartment

Had a great time staying at Diana and Doug's apartment at Los Molinos . Very well equipped and clean. Close to the shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Hopefully we'll be back in the Spring

Los Molinos Apartment 6105

Just had two weeks in Doug and Diane's apartment on Los Molinos, the apartment is tastefully furnished and clean it also has everything you will ever need. No English TV but the WI-FI is good we had a very enjoyable stay in apartment 6105 hope to be back next year.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement bien équipé dans une très jolie résidence, au calme mais très bien placée. La piscine est très agréable aussi, bien entretenue dans un joli jardin. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à proximité, à pied. La plage au bout de la rue, bien aménagée. Tout pour des vacances réussies!

LOVELY APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely well equipped apartment, which was situated on a quiet complex. The location is great with a few bars,restaurants and supermarkets close by. A 15 minute stroll along the sea front takes you into the main town area where there are many more bars and restaurants. I would recommend a visit to Sausolito's restaurant on Playa Bastian, the food and service is excellent. Thank you for the milk and water which was left for us on arrival, it was much appreciated and saved us having to dash out to the supermarket. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and will definitely be returning later in the year.

Los Molinos is a lovely quiet area with immaculate communal areas and pool.

Unfortunately we cannot say the same for the apartment we stayed in. On arrival it was clear that standards of cleanliness were not as expected. Surfaces and floors were quite dusty, towels smelled rather stale, there was a long black hair on a pillowcase and a dirty ashtray in the kitchen. There were also dead flies on the floor beside the kitchen bin. Apartment was well equipped but overdue some maintenance, bathroom door did not shut properly and doors to patio were difficult to open and shut ( allowing in music noise from Dickens Bar opposite). Bathroom fittings were loose and tarnished and shower pipe leaked. We did not allow this to spoil our holiday but were rather disappointed. We have visited Costa Teguise several times and will hopefully continue to do so, sadly, not this apartment.

Excellent 7 week stay

We want to offer a delayed response to another enjoyable stay in Costa Teguise. The well equipped facilities suit our needs exactly with all we require for a relaxing break. The complete kitchen facilities, including washing machine, modern bathroom and comfortable lounge area gives us a 'home from home' feel each time we stay at Los Molinos. The relaxing patio with sea view in the distance gives us a good start to the day and the well tended complex gives a nice relaxing atmosphere in a peaceful environment for lazy days. Thank you for your cheery visits especially Di for your support in the personal situation this year. We look forward to 2017 for our 7 week break in Lanzarote. Cynthia & Martyn

Fantastic Apartment in a great location

On arrival the apartment was immaculately clean and well presented. Lovely apartment which is located near the pool which is never over crowded and security patrolled. The apartment is set in a quiet area with a few bars & restaurants close by along with a supermarket. Taxis available to take a short trip into the main town or can be walked easily along the seafront or by the road. We had a great holiday, visited a couple of times previously and would definitely return.

Everything you could want in a holiday apartment. Washing machine ,wifi and very comfortabe.

Doug and Diana very kindly met us and showed us around on arrival. It has everything a young family of 4 could want. I really couldn't fault it in any way. It is very close to shops taxis and bars and some lovely restaurants. And a nice 15 min walk to the centre of costa teguise. About 5 mins to the first beach and 10-15 to the much better beach. We had two young children and whilst the pool staff are quite strict (no balls or inflatables) they had a great time in the well kept sprawling pool area. We really did have a lovely holiday at 6105 los molinos. Thank you again Damian and family.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

I have stayed in this apartment several times.It is tastefully decorated, clean with all amenities. Access to the pool area is an easy 2 minutes, which is ideal for both couples and families alike. Local bars restaurants and supermarket are just a 3-4 minute stroll. I highly recommend this apartment and will certainly return myself.

Schöne Anlage, Appartement "abgerockt"

Die Anlage "Los Molinos" in Costa Teguise ist sehr schön. Der Garten gepflegt, der Pool sehr groß und hat Bereiche mit unterschiedlichen Wassertiefen von 50-60cm (toll für kleine Kinder), über ca. 105 cm bis hin zu über 2,0m zum richtigen schwimmen. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt, am Pool sind Liegen mit Schirmen für die Bewohner der Anlage, hier war es nie voll. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß und geht zur befahrenen Straße (Av el Mar) raus, davor ist ein Stück Garten. von der Terrasse aus hat man durch eine Häuserschlucht Meerblick (das haben nicht viele Appartments in der Anlage)! Abends konnte man die Musik (z.T. Live gesungen) von einer benachbarten Bar bis spät in die Nacht "genießen". Die Wohnung war sauber, leider hat man keine Möglichkeit seine Koffer in einen Schrank zu stellen, da einem im Schlafzimmer nur die Hälfte vom Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung steht (der Rest ist mit Schlössern versehen), wobei hiervon noch die Hälfte mit weiteren Decken und Kissen zur Nutzung blockiert war. Auch Putzeimer, Wischmopp und Besen mussten sichtbar in einer Ecke stehen. Im Schlafzimmer waren neben dem Einbaukleiderschrank dann noch 2 Nachtische mit Schubladen und eine Kommode für die Unterbringung seiner Sachen vorhanden. Die Betten waren okay. Die meisten Schranktüren und Schubladen in der ganzen Wohnung ließen sich nur schwer öffnen/schließen, da z.T. Scharniere fehlten oder die Möbel verzogen waren. Bei der Küchenausstattung war alles in einfacher Ausführung vorhanden und funktionierte. Auf den Barhockern (von denen einer getaped war) konnte man nicht richtig sitzen und essen, da die Arbeitsplatte nicht über die Schrankbreite über stand. Das Sofa bestand aus Einzelteilen, die sich immer verschoben. Wer gerne etwas "blutigere" Filme mag, denen stand eine große Auswahl an englischen DVDs zur Verfügung, auch das TV-Programm gab es nur in Englisch oder Spanisch. Die Waschmaschine war die neuste Anschaffung in der Wohnung. Die Terrasse war sehr sonnig, die Markise spendete nur dem Fenster vom Schlafzimmer Schatten, es stand noch ein Holzschirmgerippe rum. Fußläufig erreichbar sind Hyperdino-Supermärkte und div Restaurants, auch die "Strand"-Promenade liegt nur ca. 400m entfernt. Die angekündigte Betreuung vor Ort gab es nicht, als wir vor unserer Abreise nachfragten wurde uns mitgeteilt diese sei kurzfristig Verhindert gewesen. In der Anlage "Los Molinos" würden wir wieder Urlaub machen, in dem Apartment nicht!
