This beautiful sunny 2 bedroom apartment is kept to a high standard to provide you with the perfect holiday accommodation. Set in a beautifully kept and popular complex in a convenient location for local restaurants, shops, bars and the beaches.
The Los Molinos complex, designed by the artist Cesar Manrique, offers a stunning private pool. The complex is quiet and perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun. The beautifully kept gardens, playground and large swimming pool provides a safe and tranquil environment. Los Molinos is also situated in an area with numerous restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops, banks, car hire, bus stop and taxi rank all just across the road. Not to mention Playa Bastian beach is just a 5 minute walk away. The golf course and water park are a short taxi ride away. I am confident that once you have stayed in our apartment, you will want to return again and again.
Our apartment is situated on the first floor with the balcony overlooking the gardens. The apartment consists of an ample lounge leading into the kitchen. The lounge has a large sliding patio door onto the balcony. The master/double bedroom also has a door leading out onto the balcony. The twin room consists of 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ample cupboards and drawers for you to unpack. The bathroom consists of a vanity unit sink, toilet and bath, with shower attached. There is also a washing machine (so you can pack less and still have clean clothes). The apartment also has full Internet/WiFi

Great Stay

Really nice apartment in a nice area, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Also, a lovely secluded beach (Bastian) a few minutes away. Andy's (the property manager) info was comprehensive. We really enjoyed our time here.

Absolutely everything you need. A home from home the owner has thought of everything you would need. There was even a picnic bag with ice packs which came in handy for the water park trip. I received a detailed email explaining all I needed to know even down to what to say to the taxi driver in Spanish. The bedding smelt like it had just been washed the whole apartment was spotless. The balcony was amazing and became my favourite place. All I can say is if you haven’t booked, book it you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic apartment

Had a fantastic week staying in Andy’s apartment, we had everything we needed for our stay. Location is lovely and quiet and the pool was brilliant, there was always sun beds available. Andy is a superb host, would definitely recommend, Thank you.

Lovely stay

As a family of four, we really enjoyed our stay in Andy's cosy flat. It's well located, very central yet quiet. It has a decent sitting room/kitchenette leading straight out onto a sunny terrace. Andy was really helpful and responsive. Would recommend.

Excellent week away

We had an excellent weeks stay in the apartment. It was well equipped and an added bonus was having a washing machine to freshen up our beach towels during the week. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings and the pool area during the day was great wity plenty of sunbeds. We will definately be back again in the future.

Great location, sunny private balcony.

I would recommend this apartment. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. We like to travel by bus and this apartment was a few minutes walk from the bus stop, with direct busses to Teguise, Famara and Arricefe so this was perfect for us. The nearest beach, playa Bastian is very pleasant but even better, in my opinion, a few minutes further along, is Playa del Jablilo with turquoise sea and excellent snorkeling.

This is a nice well equipped apartment. Bed comfortable.The downside was there is no poolside cafe/bar, therefore no facilities had to go back to the apartment for the loo! Would definitely go back.

Lovely place and area

We had a lovely time here, property was clean and like photos shown. Andy was really helpful and sent every detail we needed to help us with our stay. Main Pool area is lovely, the quiet pool was smaller but we didn’t go in there as we had a child with us and it was silent in there . Only suggestion we would have is for some kind of map of the complex as we had a bit of a nightmare finding the quiet pool and the bins for a couple of days, some day they were moved, some days they had locks on. The beds were extremely comfy and no complaints from any of us about wanting our own beds back home! We couldn’t find any plastic Cups/glasses which would have been great to have, especially for our daughter, but we might not have looked properly. The complex is situated in perfect place, just a few minutes walk to beaches, loads of bars and cafes. Our personal favourite was Erik’s bar for dinner and for breakfast the Cavern bar just round the corner from the complex was nice and really reasonable prices. Plenty of things to do there, excursions , boat trips,sea activities and bike hire. We would definitely go back! Thank you for being an excellent host Andy

We really had a great vacation at Andy‘s appartment in Costa Teguise. Andy is a great host, he is very quick to respond to any kind of question. His instructions on how to get to the appartment are precise, check-in is super easy and comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed the pool area, there are always sunbeds available. Beaches, restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Costa Teguise is a great place to stay and it‘s not far from any other place you might want to visit.We would definitely book again!

Lovely apartment in a great complex

We spent a week in Los Molinos and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment had everything we needed and had plenty of space with a lovely balcony for relaxing when not out and about. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The over the bath shower was excellent. We would definitely visit again and recommend.

Wonderful place

Apartment was clean and comfortable, even though it was quite dated. Everything we needed was there.The terrace was nice with sun until late afternoon.The pool was gorgeous.Bars and restaurants right across the road and a 20 minute walk into the main part with lots to do. The beach across the road playa Bastian isn't great for swimming, but a 20 minute walk to Los cucharos beach is well worth it or you can hop on a bus for 1.40.Supermarkets are plentiful.Taxi to and from airport was 30 euros.We would return to this apartment.

Lovely stay at Los Molinos

Great apartment on a fabulous complex with spacious grounds, large pool with additional ‘quiet pool’ which was sheltered from the wind.Apartment was equipped with everything you could need, good wireless connection and fire to stick. Excellent information and communication from the owner.Location s 15 minute walk from Costa Teguise centre with plenty of bars and restaurants across the road.
