This beautiful sunny 2 bedroom apartment is kept to a high standard to provide you with the perfect holiday accommodation. Set in a beautifully kept and popular complex in a convenient location for local restaurants, shops, bars and the beaches.
The Los Molinos complex, designed by the artist Cesar Manrique, offers a stunning private pool. The complex is quiet and perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun. The beautifully kept gardens, playground and large swimming pool provides a safe and tranquil environment. Los Molinos is also situated in an area with numerous restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops, banks, car hire, bus stop and taxi rank all just across the road. Not to mention Playa Bastian beach is just a 5 minute walk away. The golf course and water park are a short taxi ride away. I am confident that once you have stayed in our apartment, you will want to return again and again.
Our apartment is situated on the first floor with the balcony over looking the gardens. The apartment consists of an ample lounge leading into the kitchen. The lounge has a large sliding patio door onto the balcony. The master/double bedroom also has a door leading out onto the balcony. The twin room consists of 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ample cupboards and drawers for you to unpack. The bathroom consists of a vanity unit sink, toilet and bath, with shower attached. There is also a washing machine (so you can pack less and still have clean clothes). The apartment also has full Internet/WiFi

Great Stay

Really nice apartment in a nice area, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Also, a lovely secluded beach (Bastian) a few minutes away. Andy's (the property manager) info was comprehensive. We really enjoyed our time here.

Wonderful place

Apartment was clean and comfortable, even though it was quite dated. Everything we needed was there.The terrace was nice with sun until late afternoon.The pool was gorgeous.Bars and restaurants right across the road and a 20 minute walk into the main part with lots to do. The beach across the road playa Bastian isn't great for swimming, but a 20 minute walk to Los cucharos beach is well worth it or you can hop on a bus for 1.40.Supermarkets are plentiful.Taxi to and from airport was 30 euros.We would return to this apartment.

Fantastic apartment

Had a fantastic week staying in Andy’s apartment, we had everything we needed for our stay. Location is lovely and quiet and the pool was brilliant, there was always sun beds available. Andy is a superb host, would definitely recommend, Thank you.

Great place for a family holiday. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony for evening drinks. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Lovely pools in complex. Would definitely return!

Lovely stay

As a family of four, we really enjoyed our stay in Andy's cosy flat. It's well located, very central yet quiet. It has a decent sitting room/kitchenette leading straight out onto a sunny terrace. Andy was really helpful and responsive. Would recommend.

Fantastic stay

Great communication with Andy the owner from the point of booking. Apartment is perfect for a family of 4 (with 2 teens) and located minutes from Playa Bastian beach and a short walk (10-15 mins) from Plaza Pueblo Marinero. Whilst the complex itself it quiet there are shops, restaurants and bars very close by. Overall would highly recommend.

Great location, sunny private balcony.

I would recommend this apartment. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. We like to travel by bus and this apartment was a few minutes walk from the bus stop, with direct busses to Teguise, Famara and Arricefe so this was perfect for us. The nearest beach, playa Bastian is very pleasant but even better, in my opinion, a few minutes further along, is Playa del Jablilo with turquoise sea and excellent snorkeling.

Excellent week away

We had an excellent weeks stay in the apartment. It was well equipped and an added bonus was having a washing machine to freshen up our beach towels during the week. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings and the pool area during the day was great wity plenty of sunbeds. We will definately be back again in the future.

This is a nice well equipped apartment. Bed comfortable.The downside was there is no poolside cafe/bar, therefore no facilities had to go back to the apartment for the loo! Would definitely go back.

A relaxing stay on a beautiful island

The accommodation was compact and well furnished. We enjoyed using the spacious sunny terrace which did not feel overlooked. Our stay would have been more comfortable if air conditioning was installed or the fans upgraded. The complex was clean, peaceful and well maintained. There was plenty of greenery and the pool was lovely and inviting. I couldn't fault the location as there was plenty of eateries within 1 to 20 min walk. The nearest sandy beach, Playa Bastion was a 5 mins walk away. You must go there during sunrise as the glow is really beautiful. I would be happy to go back again and I can understand why many people buy properties there.

Excellent property

I highly recommend this property on Los Molinos. Its ideally placed, a short walk to Bastian beach, shops & restaurants close by. Apt balcony not overlooked, open aspect overlooking gardens with palm trees. Pool area has no pool bar so is very quiet & relaxing. There is a bar at edge of site but no loud music. All areas are kept clean by maintenance staff. Apartment itself has everything you need for a perfect stay, lovely & clean, comfy beds, Plenty of space for clothes. Bathroom has shower over bath, it looked like a brand new shower curtain had been added. Washing machine in bathroom which was perfect as it was hot that week & we needed to refresh our clothes often. The host ,Andy, is easy to contact if you need him. We did contact him with a small issue that didn't spoil our holiday & he replied quickly. Andy provides excellent info to access property. Cant wait to return.

Good sized apartment, great value

Apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. 2 good sized bedrooms and great outdoor space. Complex grounds and pool areas are well maintained. Less than 5 mins walk to 2 supermarkets and bars/resaurants. Close to the sea promenade and beaches. Kitchen is compact but has all appliances and kitchenware to fully self cater. Nice hot shower, double bed was very comforable and black out curtains were great. Outside sun terrace was spacious, not overlooked and had the sun til 14:00. Communication was great, easy access to apartment, lots of information on how to get there and how to get around the neighbourhood. Unexpectedly a solo visit, area felt safe for solo travellers, well lit and in a good area. Linen and towels provided, but not beach/pool towels so remember to pack your own.

Not the best

For a property that had supposedly had a refurb it was basic not very clean, sinks were stained and dirty and some plates were not clean, oven and pans disgusting as well as extractor fan. Notes on doors windows not to open. Tv when working took half hour to load up, then last day or two we had no British channels. Noisy neighbours and even fireworks thrown below on couple of nights.

Lovely place and area

We had a lovely time here, property was clean and like photos shown. Andy was really helpful and sent every detail we needed to help us with our stay. Main Pool area is lovely, the quiet pool was smaller but we didn’t go in there as we had a child with us and it was silent in there . Only suggestion we would have is for some kind of map of the complex as we had a bit of a nightmare finding the quiet pool and the bins for a couple of days, some day they were moved, some days they had locks on. The beds were extremely comfy and no complaints from any of us about wanting our own beds back home! We couldn’t find any plastic Cups/glasses which would have been great to have, especially for our daughter, but we might not have looked properly. The complex is situated in perfect place, just a few minutes walk to beaches, loads of bars and cafes. Our personal favourite was Erik’s bar for dinner and for breakfast the Cavern bar just round the corner from the complex was nice and really reasonable prices. Plenty of things to do there, excursions , boat trips,sea activities and bike hire. We would definitely go back! Thank you for being an excellent host Andy
